@richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

@VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.
