@ThreeUKSupport Problem is that this comes on top of increasingly poor coverage over the past year. I keep having problems. Just called to complain and was offered paltry compensation sum so having to go to communications ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport I really hope you at @ThreeUK can look into a whole raft of changes when it comes to outages and service status pages. The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

@ThreeUKSupport Neither link to interface would work. Googling this I can see this appears to be a known problem to both Three and Huawei. Your helpline just says busy now, try later. We'd like our money back please, this is awful service
