Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

I’ll try the live chat again for about the 100th time but I’m getting fed up of going between pillar and post and getting nowhere
