  • Muswell_Ben Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, England

I’m still lost for words at how pathetic @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are! Not only do they over charge you and refuse to admit error, their customer service in just nonexistent! #three #mobilephone #phonecompanies

  • AdamSPringle Adam Scott Pringle (@AdamSPringle) reported from East Ham, England

Couldn’t agree more! @ThreeUK seem to play tricks to bend the rules & get away with it all. Constant bad signal, lack of customer service & communication, lying about reductions! I’ll be leaving at the end of my contract @ThreeUKSupport

  • StephMilesUK Stephanie Miles (@StephMilesUK) reported from East Ham, England

Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

  • Muswell_Ben Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, England

Anyone thinking of changing/switching mobile phone companies, what ever you DON’T even think about going to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport! Utterly, utterly terrible company! I so regret the day I ever considered them. Please learn from my mistake! #Three #mobilephones

  • Roses_Finds Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUK I will be contacting the ombudsman about the disgraceful lack of customer service! I can’t cancel my contract because you can solve and refund the over payments you have taken from my bank account

  • snkhan Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

  • AdamSPringle Adam Scott Pringle (@AdamSPringle) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUK you’re taking the biscuit now with my signal. You said months ago it would be sorted. I’ve now been stuck in the one area with the worst service I’ve ever had! Really bad form.

  • ELarkin25 Elena Larkin (@ELarkin25) reported from Richmond, England

@ThreeUK Hi guys, I'm trying desperately to get in touch with you re my contract. The device isn't working and I don't have login details. Please help, #CustomerService

  • MartinCalder4 Martin Calder (@MartinCalder4) reported from Walthamstow, England

@ThreeUK I think this is absolutely disgusting customer service, not only have you not gone through with your resolution to my complaint, you’ve cut me off in dealing with it ..... oh the poor signal coverage is still a huge daily problem

  • StephMilesUK Stephanie Miles (@StephMilesUK) reported from East Ham, England

I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

  • Muswell_Ben Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you can’t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

  • TheDialUp TheDialUp (@TheDialUp) reported from Poplar, England

@Yinster @ThreeUK There is no point in having unlimited data in a limited network.

  • Holloway_Zoo Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUK That’s great. You’ve even given new phones to non 3 customers. Now how about answering the concerns of customers that have been with you years and are having issues with your network since October.

  • Muswell_Ben Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Anyway I’ve closed down my account with @ThreeUK now and I regret the day I even considered joining them!

  • loraineff LYF (@loraineff) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

  • Muswell_Ben Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Further more the ability to make contact with you has been a joke! But when you want to make contact with me demanding money, there’s no stopping you! I can’t even check my outstanding account balance through your phone number never mind speak to someone!

  • AdaJusic Ada Jusic illustration & animation (@AdaJusic) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

  • mcdaymo Mcdaymo (@mcdaymo) reported

@DustinPomeroy @SouthamptonCC @ThreeUK Why will I change my tune, I am not part of the conspiracy brigade, and the mast is there soon as I open my front door. The main problem we have is the underhand way this was done. Despite what the council say, we were not consulted.

  • JasSinghBrar Jastalavista (@JasSinghBrar) reported

@ThreeUKSupport UNBELIEVABLE! SAME THING AGAIN! Another order which was promised to me for the 15th and low and behold, it hasn’t turned up. Three are now saying it hasn’t been processed. WHAT A JOKE! ABSOLUTELY FUMING. THE WORST PHONE PROVIDER IN THE UK MARKET

  • jaidenofficial Jaiden Micheal (@jaidenofficial) reported

@ThreeUKSupport still waiting for a bag to return items, a month later... you’ve now charged me for the items and taken the £ from my direct debit. How many times do I need to speak to your customer services to resolve this? It’s pathetic

  • deveena_r Deveena R (@deveena_r) reported from Brentford, England

@ThreeUK I’ve had no service on my phone today. For the past week the data has been barely working and calls are failing to connect. Can you please advise?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, my mother has had no signal for 3 days now. Any idea when it will be back up and running? LS8 2HZ

  • DJJoshuaRoberts Joshua Roberts (@DJJoshuaRoberts) reported from Norwich, England

@ThreeUKSupport As professional as he was, it became evident that Three as a network have no intention of fixing the problem. I got offered £5 off a month or I could pay over £300 to buy myself out of the contract! Neither were sufficient & so it seems a deadlock letter is the only option :(

  • Elliott_Philpot Elliott Philpot (@Elliott_Philpot) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It was ordered on the 26th October and keep getting told different dates of when j be receiving it , it was originally for pick up in store but now I’m told it’s being delivered. But customer service are no help

@virginmedia I also love the fact that I have no broadband and you’re telling me to log into something online to fix it. THANK THE LORD for my @ThreeUK mobile phone, else non of the customer service options your bots keep suggesting would be accessible
