    @ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, I can appreciate that but the order was made within the promotion dates,invoice from 3 has incorrect order date.i have proof if required.Been a nightmare to sort.3 calls to 3,2 call/various emails to Samsung.Poor service. Don't know if has been logged

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi DPD have been awful, we ended up paying them extra for a premium delivery and then I went and stood at the house they have been trying to deliver too so we could point them out to the correct house.
