    @ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G ๐Ÿ˜ก no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you canโ€™t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until youโ€™re competent to do so as itโ€™s a fโ€™g disgrace. Charging fortunes for ๐Ÿ’ฉ.

    Iโ€™ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow โ€˜4Gโ€™. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous when you think Iโ€™ve been a customer for over 9 years, have recommended @ThreeUK to so many people, got all my family using you and have a second contract with you. Customer service has really gone downhill since I first joined ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and itโ€™s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.
