Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

Although it now seems to be resolved that is 24 hours of complete loss of service. Also, this seems to be a recurring issue.

Four times 3 called in the last few months to sell me stuff and I explained my problem and they said they would mark my account. Yesterday I spent hours trying to get phone turned on to no effect. I called recently to upgrade 1 of 4 existing contracts, then I found that you don't care about loyal customers. Am considering leaving.

Then we had an email to say they were making local improvements to make it even better! Now we have 1Mbs & 0.32Mbs. Nice one. SO14 7DW if anyone's is listening.
