I was getting 300Mbps and now canโt get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though Iโm on a 5G contract!

It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and ยฃ4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
