3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Holborn, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Holborn and nearby locations:

  • AmelTalli Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England

Really annoyed at @ThreeUK for three days now I have had no service. Unable to make calls or text. Endless promises that it will be fixed and dealt with and nothing has happened.

  • rootdev Craig Dibble (@rootdev) reported from Bromley, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply but it’s possibly a bit late now, the #Eurovision polls closed about 12 hours ago! 😋 (Other people were reporting problems too but I did eventually get through)

  • LorenzoTalotti Lorenzo Talotti (@LorenzoTalotti) reported from Lambeth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it still doesn’t work at all. I turned on 4G data under suggestion of a 3 store but still nothing. A week ago it worked very well while I was home, now as soon as I step into my house, it starts not working at all.

  • fredheymans LeFred (@fredheymans) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK when will you sort out reception/ coverage in Hampstead. Everything from Rosslyn Hill NW3 to South End Green is basically a dead zone for Three reception and it’s been like this as long as I remember. Fix it please.

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England

Here’s @ThreeUK claiming they don’t have enough £££ to invest in or properly support the @Lionesses, so instead are trying exploit their success for free. Right, the same @ThreeUK that announced annual revenues of £2.4 billion in March + whose parent company has £125b in assets.

  • CFCJourno Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, England

I’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Brentford, England

@ThreeUK @Lionesses nah, you’re engaging in a poor attempt at ambush marketing and virtue signalling about “supporting the @Lionesses,” but wont actually spend any of that £4 billion profit on investing in the game or you know, actually supporting the squad

  • barbicanben Ben Stewart (@barbicanben) reported from Merton, England

I've done it - after years of being on the @ThreeUK network I've just ordered a SIM from @EcotalkMobile and will port my number as soon as it arrives. Cheaper than my old Three tariff, good for the environment, and the data speeds can't be any worse than Three!

  • Dante_Banks Danté Banks (@Dante_Banks) reported from Tottenham, England

@Nicktendo_ @ThreeUK I recently left Voda for Sky. Been with them for six months and no problems. Data rollover can be banked or redeemed against products they sell.

  • AmelTalli Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England

All my calls have been diverted to the India’s teams of @ThreeUK and still use the same lines “give me 2 hrs, and then it’ll be fixed” or “24hrs and it will be done” “there’s maintenance issues”

  • Dante_Banks Danté Banks (@Dante_Banks) reported from Tottenham, England

@Nicktendo_ @ThreeUK Was with Voda for 20+ years and had no issues, then everything changed. Last few years were endless aggro with no rewards for loyalty. They didn't even try to tempt me to stay.

  • mandefieldx mary mandefield (@mandefieldx) reported from Lambeth, England

Thank you @ThreeUKSupport for fully keeping me waiting for LONG. Trying to cancel a sim after your customer advisors told me.inhave dual sim when i do not

  • Mrs_JRD ▼▲ JΞNNIFΞR ▼▲ (@Mrs_JRD) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've had no mobile signal for over a week in my central London office. The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Kensington, England

@ThreeUK @emmahayes1 just to clarify, @ThreeUK itself earned £2.4 billion last year, your parent company earned £28b. Still seems like enough to properly invest in + support women’s football rather than trying to exploit these athletes’ success for free by using hamfisted ambush marketing tactics.

  • antjpg Ant G (@antjpg) reported from London, England

In central London today and seriously crap reception from @ThreeUK as per usual.

  • tonytheplumber1 Tony Dempster (@tonytheplumber1) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport we have a Relish Box but it’s not giving WiFi signal. We have reset box etc but still not working. Is network down

  • ClaireMcWatt Claire McWatt (@ClaireMcWatt) reported from Bromley, England

@em167 @ThreeUK help this poor woman pls #datadeals

  • JakeFCohen Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Hammersmith, England

@Leigh_Moore @ThreeUK Leigh, the problem with this particular campaign is that its parasitic marketing trying to exploit the success and hard work of the @Lionesses for the company’s own benefit and providing no meaningful contribution to the athletes or the sport

  • AmelTalli Amel (@AmelTalli) reported from Islington, England

I’ve been offered £5 then £10 and now gone to £20 off my usual bill. Yet I still have no service. I’ve called @ThreeUK , and used the chat live both been very unhelpful. All these promises made just to get ride of me. This is sly customer service

  • JasonWhite09 Jason White (@JasonWhite09) reported from Hammersmith, England

@JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AaronCromwell3 AceOfSpace (@AaronCromwell3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Waited for 30 minutes with no pick up. I have been gathering information from other customers with the same issues throughout the UK and have come to the conclusion that your network is terrible. General issues for everyone and not just me 😩

  • AaronCromwell3 AceOfSpace (@AaronCromwell3) reported

@ThreeUK Two weeks into my contract and STILL only receiving a 3G signal in my area, after being told there was working going on which may cause temporary issues. I have seen many complaints from all over the UK on regards to this, where is the real @ThreeUKSupport 🤔

  • Jeffpresco1969 Jeff presco (@Jeffpresco1969) reported

@itshallierhodes @ThreeUKSupport Are you still having problems with them?

  • KaliDaal خان (@KaliDaal) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Im sorry but i dont feel like repeating myself for the 6th time. Its best to switch to a better network and write a detailed review on fb and google of the service i have received.

  • FeyiCarter 🤍 (@FeyiCarter) reported

@ThreeUK you’re the worst network on this planet. I’ve spoken to up to 30 different advisors about the same issue and they’ve all given me different infos. Honestly, **** you.

  • boopatang Becky Morgan (@boopatang) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Cf24 3RE it’s the HUAWEI 4g mobile WiFi device which was provided by you to resolve the issue as I originally had the black HUAWEI mifi router which you told me was at fault seems that isn’t the case though it’s still like it

  • FeyiCarter 🤍 (@FeyiCarter) reported

I’ve been with @ThreeUK for 8 bloody years. If this how you treat your long term customers, I would hate to see how you treat the new ones.

  • M0KVI MØKVI (@M0KVI) reported

@ThreeUKSupport BN271QN Home broadband is your current Huawei box and I'm using a P30 pro. This has happened twice in the last week. Software reboot of the router does not fix. If in power it off and unplug for a time this seems to work and bring speed back up. So perhaps not a network issue?

  • jameseonline James (@jameseonline) reported

Hi @ThreeUKSupport any chance you could sort out your mobile internet in Cardiff Wales out, it's been awful today & been bad the past few days

  • M0KVI MØKVI (@M0KVI) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Possibly some kind of allocation issuenlocally at the mast? Perhaps a surge in demand at a local level? I pressume there is some kind of prioritisation process with regard to traffic on the network.
