Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, I’ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? I’m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.
-
Christopher Whitton (@Whitton88) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport This was already done when I logged a formal complaint with your complaints team yesterday. Awaiting a “priority” call back from the technical team hopefully later on today
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport I can’t get anything on 4G as you can see by the screenshot despite your coverage checker saying the signal is excellent. This issue has been going on for ages. It’s not my sim or phone as my daughter is having the same problem.

Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, EnglandWe’re not being threatened by some communist tech firm. Imo you should start packaging any of that Huawei crap from China and start sending it back. @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @bt_uk
-
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy
-

Alf ❤️🔥 (@IndieDevFire) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem

-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
