-
Caracasflat (@caracasflat) reported from London, England@ThreeUKSupport Not really, I restarted my phone a couple of times yesterday and today and nothing. Just 2 little signal bars... 😕
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUK That’s great. You’ve even given new phones to non 3 customers. Now how about answering the concerns of customers that have been with you years and are having issues with your network since October.
-
James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England@Riggers_23 @ThreeUKSupport My 5G router is dead in London, there's a queue just to look at the service status page and they don't seem to be acknowledging this might be a problem...
-
Phil Crawley (@IsItBroke) reported from Islington, England@7fivefive @ThreeUKSupport Not quote that bad…
-
GerryC (@gerryn19) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUK you really do need to sort your customer service. 2 days & 2 hrs 11 mins & speaking to 7 different ppl later I don’t have a resolution. Why won’t you match my new BB deal to that of my friends, £17 5G 24 months? I’m trying to add an additional contract #3isrubbidh
-
🙈🍹Beatrice Formenton🇮🇹🇬🇧 (@beatriceforme) reported from London, England@ThreeUKSupport Such a poor connection! So bad! Postcode SE4 thanks
-
Vice Direct (@ViceDirect) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUK I can't get into my online account, can't reset the password because your servers don't work and can't contact anyone to sort this issue, I say **** ALL THIS COVID 19 SOCIAL DISTANCING AND GET WORKERS BACK INTO THIER OFFICES
-
Nick Lovell (@NickLovell_) reported from London, England@ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!
-
♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport My network and data has been down for days, your customer service team confirmed my payments would have 50% reduction due to the lack of service you have provided and you toom full payment this morning and my services would be back until the 22nd September
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport My upgrade is due in July and I’m having serious doubts about whether to renew with 3 after 8/9 years due to the terrible signal. Looking at your timeline this is happening in a lot of locations and 3 appear
-
Kelly 💙 (@JustKellyC) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUK how on earth can my internet keep going down, and I get no support whatsoever?! What is going on?!!
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England@efjaebe @ThreeUK EE customers have issues too. All networks have problems in dense areas where a lot of users are demanding higher levels of data than ever before.
-
C (@CB_XIIIXVI) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Your connection is shit, your customer service is shit and your pricing is shit. If there’s any way to transfer my contract to EE tell me, I beg. Constantly having to put my phone on airplane mode and back to get internet is tiring.
-
Spencer (@skkthfc61) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Your service is London is somehow getting even worse. Any chance of being less useless. Obviously no need to put yourselves out

Zoe Martinez (@zoemartipulse) reported@DavidCl88428325 @ThreeUKSupport the network choosing unemployment again
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedB43 7EQ Great Barr very slow & no service again.Been told that @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are aware of issue.Been down for months,so why no action?
-
rawkingcoconutwater (@rawkingcoconut) reported@ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you can’t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company
-
MH (@PiRaticus) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK What did Three support say?
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport how do you guys even get customers. I’d have better signal with a Nigerian provider
-
Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Steve (@SteveMeek82) reported@ThreeUKSupport Sudden issues in WR3, next to zero connectivity with latency at 2.5 - 3.8 seconds. What’s happening?
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK mek me get back to my area & you haven’t resolved the signal in my area.
