@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

@ThreeUK and @NintendoUK it seems #Three5G service does not work at all with #nintendoswitchonline this is now a complete show stopper for me! Switch games that don't use the online service like #fortnite or #PaladinsGame work fine but this #NATTypeD issue cripples online!

Thats me not renewing my contract with @ThreeUK past few months network has been disgusting in quiet a few areas with either no signal or very slow, and today @TalkTalk broadband is down (apparently weather) and I've just realised there is hardly any Three network at home either!
