    @ThreeUKSupport You didnt understand my complains. 1) you have bad equipment that cant scan every type of documents. 2) your offices dont have access to edit user info. Thats why your offices are useless. You should fix this.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

    @justifyles @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Well then that comes down to choice doesn’t it. Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

    @ThreeUK has to be the silliest network to get a contract with in the uk, how can an existing contract client not been able to switch a physical sim to an e sim? In 2022?? This can’t even happen in nigeria, sharp sharp they’ll give me my e sim.

    Looks like @twitter isn't the only one with problems today. Having trouble getting to some sites with @virginmedia home broadband but no problem with @ThreeUK mobile broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3rd week of no 5G signal in HD8. Using ZTE router best 4G+ is barely delivering 8Mbps. Not the blistering speed of 5G. Repetitive generic message on status checker ... Gone from great to very annoying and poor.

    @ThreeUK When it works it’s fast but as you are aware following the last firmware update the zte router needs to be rebooted 5/6 times a day completely useless ,got a replacement router and same issue 10 minutes later

    @ThreeUK I bought a pay-as-you-go SIM over a week ago. The data doesn't work and I've been waiting a week to get my phone number transferred. I tried contacting support to cancel and get a refund since I'm not getting what I've paid for. They've basically told me to suck it up.

    @ThreeUK Spent 60+ mins on Chat, with 2 advisors, with simple request: change my (monthly rolling) plan. Ended not changing anything, after 1 hour of wasting time trying to make them provide me the info required rather than trying to sell me hand & head sets. Very poor #CX

    @ThreeUK please help. I have had no internet all day except when I am on Wi-Fi. Not just in one area, and my phone has been showing 3G, 4G and 5G but no coverage at all
