    Right on time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the usual daily turn off of data services. It’s like clockwork. You’re a absolute joke of a company. Can no longer even provide the 0.65mbs service! Suppose turning it completely off makes no difference.

    @ThreeUK Hi, I bought online a sim a week ago but I haven’t received anything.The phone number on the mail is closed,the chat is not working and there’s no way to contact you. In the meantime I’m paying my monthly fee. How can I check where my sim is?Can I collect from a store?

    @threeuksupport just got home WiFi yesterday and network is slow so it’s unusable. Customer services continued it’s a technical issue in my neigborhood, but I’m being sent in circles to cancel the account. Please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...     sorry I'll take it back because the issue is with the @ThreeUK I'm using the ZTE 5G Router is absolutely trash please EVERYONE AVOID using it, the amount of stress and issues ive been having with it is unbelievable, now with the Vodafone merge my bandwidth has dropped too. Awful

    @ThreeUK have done me up like a kipper fuming is an understatementim on holiday in dubai i paid 7 days around the world roaming it never worked so i had to pay them more money £17 for a three day use i was told as i paid 7 day earlier then it will work at least till sat now its off again and they are doing nothing
