    Been a weekend of internet hell. Broadband’s broken. @ThreeUK 4G was really patchy to the point there was barely any connection. Still having problems. Please sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes.. i went to the centre on Monday i was told 24hours it will work.. yesterday my lyca sim stopped working .. i called both @ThreeUK and @LycamobileUK customer service which was a back and forth call for the better part of the morning.. am still off line as we speak.😞😞

    phone calls via whatsapp - fine, in fact spoke to daughter on a a beach in Thailand. phone calls via network using wifi calling - may as well have 2 cups & string. Every network claims it works, so is it @ThreeUK idmobile or Virginmedia that's the cause ?
