@ThreeUK you are literally the most incompetent mobile network. I returned a home signal box to you on Dec 18th, have provided proof of this TWICE by email and you have still sent me a bill for £75. This is the second time your Norwich centre have lost a returned signal box

Hey @ThreeUKSupport any chance of getting a decent 5g signal where I live? 5g at home 250 down 1.33 up. Yes there IS a decimal in that upload number. At work 400 down, 40 up. Near a mast I peak at over 1gb down (850 final) and almost 200 up. Huge difference.

So having sorted out my letter to Palma I am now having problems with @ThreeUK !! Contract ended, went in last Friday so changed to a monthly SIM, told my number would be transferred today- didnt happen. Had a chat online and didnt get anywhere so now have to go in tomorrow! 🤬
