@ThreeUKSupport It’s called sharp business practice. It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network. It wasn’t super easy and was a theft my valuable time!

@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

@ThreeUK can you help? My phone isn't receiving notifications from 95% of my apps. (I literally only receive WhatsApp). It's only when I turn on a VPN. Or I get to the top of bluebell hill and they all come through at once. And stop. Till i do it all again. Quite annoying.
