    All I want is a stop gap but decent broadband until I can sort out my mums estate. No home phone so may be a problem. @ThreeUKSupport @virginmedia I really didn’t want to be tied into a contract before I move but may have to be!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, I was promised 5G was in my area but now it’s clear it was anything to make a sale. I’m a business customer with you for mobile, I can’t believe how badly this is being handled.

    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous when you think I’ve been a customer for over 9 years, have recommended @ThreeUK to so many people, got all my family using you and have a second contract with you. Customer service has really gone downhill since I first joined 👎

    @dsquareddigest @ThreeUKSupport I find this frequently with Three. Often, switching flight mode on/off cures it. Other times, it’s just the network being thoroughly broken.

    @ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

I refused & got put through to complaints who confirmed there were long term issues with my network. #lying

    @ThreeUK So apparently someone called Boku has been charging me 4pounds each month for digital services that I know nothing off and I can’t get a refund and how a communication service or network allowed the use of my GPDR to be accessed is very appalling!!!!!
