Incredible. I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for nearly a decade and they have given me absolutely no reason to remain with this overpriced, poor service network. No incentives or customer loyalty.

I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks 🦾

@ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

@ThreeUK Shame you couldn't provide decent phone reception for your customers who attended @DownloadFest this weekend just gone. No data at all for 3 whole days. SMS messages coming through hours late. People on EE & O2 were getting reasonable service, so why can't you sort out similar?
