Chris Hampson (@chrishampson) reported from Richmond, England

@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

  • donmorgan007
Don Morgan (@donmorgan007) reported from Leatherhead, England

@ThreeUK - been trying to get resolution to a relatively simple issue for 3-4. Months. No mobile service. No handset. You are happy to keep taking my money & provide no help. Web chat & call centre totally useless. How do I contact a grown up with some authority & sense?

  • TheRealBrookieC
Brooke Colman (@TheRealBrookieC) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUK @threeuksupport I’ve been on hold for 60 mins to discuss the terrible network coverage in my area. This is exactly why I will be leaving you in 30 days!

  • andysaw
Andy Saw (@andysaw) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

  • donmorgan007
Don Morgan (@donmorgan007) reported from Leatherhead, England

@ThreeUKSupport Still absolutely no use whatsoever. No customer service. No help. Your own systems are now down. The latest excuse. 4 months of you taking money & providing zero service. Basically a scam.

  • music235
Nick 235 (@music235) reported from Brentford, England

@kl_coop @virginmedia Yes mine is down as well and I can’t even get on the network status page to register a fault... even my @ThreeUK connection seems to be lagging

  • LaurenVRhodes
🍁🍂✨Lauren Victoria Rhodes✨🍂🍁 (@LaurenVRhodes) reported from Richmond, England

Oh great @threeuk is completely down again. In a few years it’s gone from being a great phone network to a terrible one. Will be switching in Feb - is anyone I know on EE? Do they have decent network coverage in London? #threedown @ThreeUKSupport

  • SSDP73
SDP (@SSDP73) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

  • guyarmitage
Guy Armitage (@guyarmitage) reported from Lambeth, England

. @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.

  • Cigleris
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England

@colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.

  • adem_andress
Adem (@adem_andress) reported from Wandsworth, England

Hi @ThreeUK I’m joining your network and my number from my old provider was supposed to switch today and it still hasn’t switched over at 23:32. Has it been forgotten?

  • samanthagsmo
𝑆𝑎𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑡ℎ𝑎 𝐺𝑒𝑒 𝑆𝑎𝑛 𝑀𝑜 (@samanthagsmo) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport We rang up three back in late July to cancel. We also sent all the equipment back as per the letter we received. Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didn’t have to...

@ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles
