    @ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

    @ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Can’t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they can’t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

    @ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

    @ThreeUK moved over to you today from o2 and immediately noticed that 5g is much worse on your network. Phone was always on 5g on o2 but it's mostly 4g on your network, sometimes 5g but mostly 4g. Very disappointed when you boast about your network #5GBuiltRight #Disappointed

    @ThreeUKSupport Postcode is M1 5NQ, as soon as I switched from 4G to 3G the results in Google Maps was working. I tried toggling off and on both mobile data and airplane mode - neither fixed issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport It gets worse. Partner is on a SIMO contract with Three so desperately needs to move network. Senior manager applied 2 months credit because network has been so unreliable. Now being told there’s an early termination fee because there’s 48 hours left on her term.

    @chelseagirl2 @ThreeUK Loyalty just seems to mean zilch nowadays. I moved from EE for similar reasons. I did move to Three though because they're cheap so that's not much help to you

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, there are numerous occasions of broadband service outage that you never informed customers. You advised that it would be a day and today it’s out again. We need to be kept informed to have alternative arrangements. It’s unacceptable.
