@ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasn’t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have done that many times before. The service has been "disrupted" for months. I signed up for mobile broadband and what I get is a patchy signal which means my zoom calls keep freezing and I can’t stream anything properly 😞.

I've already contacted broadband team and they have said will look into it and need to wait up to 7 days for a reply! Clearly this is a wider issue?
