    @kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

    Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

    I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you can’t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

    @ThreeUK When is the mast in Southampton going to be fixed, please? I have to go outside of the building to make any call, as the signal inside is zero. Internet service is zero, it won’t even load the Google homepage. This is very frustrating, when trying to run a business.

    @ThreeUK Why can’t I get away from you! I have cancelled my contract 3 times so far and every time it gets to the date I get told it’s cancelling in another 4 weeks !!! When I try phoning your customer service they don’t listen they only want to give me another contract that I don’t want!

    @ThreeUKSupport What my account details got to do with anything. It’s the g51 2rr post code that’s all what u need. Three is this area been bad for over 6 months now. Before I sued to get 3mbps not I can’t even open google page.
