    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts donโ€™t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over ยฃ100.

    @ItsJustTamsin @ThreeUK Omg, that's terrible! their customer service is terrible, they hang up on you all the time! Switched to EE, best decision ever, and they have customer service in the UK.

    @ThreeUKSupport waited all day for my upgrade to be delivered and it has not arrived. I have also not received a email telling me what time it should arrive like you said i would. I have phoned up your customer service twice and had no help. Disgusting service!

    @ThreeUKSupport So does it only work when Three Wi-Fi is available? On Virgin Media it always asks me to login then says it should have logged me in automatically.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Itโ€™s been a month now and still no service. (As of 0810 30/1/23) At want point can I leave my contract as you seem unable to fix the problem. Please donโ€™t tell me to call a number as I simply havenโ€™t got time to explain the problem again.
