@ThreeUK absolutely shocking service on the phone. Trying to cancel an upgrade! The man kept me on phone 35 minutes, unable to understand me or me him! Unable to confirm it was cancelled, told me to call back in 2 days! Blood pressure at boiling point

@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

.@ThreeUKSupport I would like to know what is so wrong with data in your network. Often have only 3G and even when I have 4G reception data just doesn’t seem to work or works incredibly slow. I’m basically paying for data I can’t barely used or when used is unpractical …

@ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, many users have this issue. It's due to the old number being hardcoded and not writable. everything I've reported my card stolen it fixes but if I order a replacement for other reasons it doesnt work/fix issue. I've done this many of times. ThreePay also doesn't work.

@ThreeUKSupport I've done this time and time again, and when I've ported numbers to Three. The only way to fix is by cancelling the sim and reissuing another, also the sim card cannot be a replacement, it has to be reported stolen to fully update the new sim. (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m a 5G Broadband customer and for weeks now I’ve had issues with the service simply stopping and I have no internet access until I reset the router. On your service status page you’ve been apparently fixing a problem in my area for weeks.

@ThreeUKSupport It's the same Three sim, the port was completed and still has the temporary mobile number registered as the number and not the new one. I didn't receive a new sim from Three which already had the new/ported number programmed on it. I'll get the info for you as it will help.
