    @ThreeUKSupport 3 of us, all on iphone 12 devices are all experiencing this. Have all reset network settings but no luck. Are there any plans for 5G to come to the postcode soon?

    @ThreeUKSupport @cycleoptic Was working okay last night and this morning, but has gone down again in the last 10 minutes. Rebooted router.. still an issue. Can the technicians do whatever they've done before, again please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

    I buy an @Apple watch series 6 GPS Cellular but my network @ThreeUK does not support the watch. I must be with the worst phone company ever

    @mouthwaite @EE I had the same problem a few years ago!!! Have now changed to @ThreeUK and the service is brilliant. Service should be foremost always

    @ThreeUK you really do need to sort your customer service. 2 days & 2 hrs 11 mins & speaking to 7 different ppl later I don’t have a resolution. Why won’t you match my new BB deal to that of my friends, £17 5G 24 months? I’m trying to add an additional contract #3isrubbidh

    @ThreeUK it’s only the second day of August and already we have a winner for the “Worst Customer Service Call” and “Agent who totally missed the point”. Can’t recall the last time I had such a bad experience!

    @ThreeUKSupport Your team are looking into it. I hope so, I still can’t get more than 2mb and even then that’s the best all day. Been a customer for a while now, are 3 as bad as the internet says?? I hope not!

    @ThreeUK got 5g broadband because we needed internet fast as we work from home. Recieved it and it doesnt work. Ring up for help and apparently you've sent us the wrong sim and we have to wait till Monday. Please get someone in touch to fix your abhorrent service. Useless.

    @ThreeUK Whenever I answer “Three” to the question “what network do you have?” I get the reply “oh they are rubbish”. I’ve never had an issue. In fact I live in the middle of nowhere and I’ve never had an issue with signal. The network has improved significantly over the years.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am talking on behalf of a vulnerable person, unable to verbally communicate. Phone upgraded, never received. Tried to ring up and get the phone delivered, can't do that as they hadn't received it back.. Left it a week, rang back, still can't do it as now escalated..

    @ThreeUK @ConnCFC Because these kits are arguably the worst in our history purely because of the numerical logo. No beef, just saying it how it is. If it stays the way it is a LOT of Chelsea fans will end up resenting you.

    @GinaGisMe @ThreeUK Thx Regina. Yes I requested a call back after how awful the customer service is, they havent called me about fraud on my account! They don't care about fraud. I've followed the steps to report to the relevant authorities.

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted with customer service. No phone for 3 weeks, vulnerable man left with nothing. Promises to Discuss for 2 wks , not one person has even attempted to call me to Discuss this but quick enough to send him a phone bill! Utterly disgraceful
