    @ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is your 4G so bad in central London, London Bridge and St Pancras area I have to drop the phone to 3G to get any data, you promote 5G, but you haven’t mastered the basics yet, when is this going to be sorted #timetoswitch

    @ThreeUKSupport It happens everywhere. I need to be connected to WiFi if I want to do anything. Tried switching off my phone few times. Still have no connection & network is not working at all

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s done this the whole time I’ve been with you, it never goes above 2 bars where ever I go I pay for unlimited data and unfortunately I don’t have internet access at the moment and have been using it a lot more. Causing this to be more of an issue
