    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya, having issues accessing my voicemail from my Three phone. If I call 123 or 07782333123, I get a โ€˜Number not recognisedโ€™ message. Was working fine yesterday, and other outgoing calls are fine. Is there an issue with the service?

    @ThreeUK your service is currently unable to block sims despite the fact a friends phone has been stolen. Thieves are continuing to use the phone and cause issues. Your website is also currently insecure. Please address these issues urgently. #threeUK

    @Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isnโ€™t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

    @ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( ยฃ2/day and ยฃ5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not for me, it's for a friend, last night when I went to the network status checker and put in the postcode, it said engineers were completing work on masts near by so things may be affected?

Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didnโ€™t have to...

    So @ThreeUK tell me do you usually ignore people's request to cancel the Paramount Plus add on. I cancelled when I got an email about paying for it.....guess what, you've charged me for it. Also cancelled it again today, no confirmation email or text. Poor form

    @ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?
