@ThreeUKSupport Hi, asking on behalf of a friend, how long are the works going on for in the gu212nn postcode? They've had dropouts and problems for weeks!

  • MattGiles1993 Matt (@MattGiles1993) reported from Hillingdon, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just switched to Three on Friday, however I’m still on my old network & haven’t had it go through yet. What’s going on?

  • leaaCastle ♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah you guys confirmed it yesterday but payment was taken today. And the service not working till late September. 🙄 I'm leaving you guys soz

  • ShaneyFirkins96 Shane (@ShaneyFirkins96) reported from London, England

@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

  • leaaCastle ♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport My network and data has been down for days, your customer service team confirmed my payments would have 50% reduction due to the lack of service you have provided and you toom full payment this morning and my services would be back until the 22nd September

  • Chaz_CFC Charlie ⭐️⭐️ (@Chaz_CFC) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I ordered a 5g internet hub a few days ago and have been encountering drop outs and low speeds since setting it up. I can see others in London encountering the same issues - when will these be resolved?

  • Cigleris Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England

@colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.

  • SSDP73 SDP (@SSDP73) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

  • andysaw Andy Saw (@andysaw) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

  • Ranger777Thames Thames Ranger777 (@Ranger777Thames) reported from Camberwell, England

@ThreeUK terrible signal everyday! You are ripping me off monthly

  • leaaCastle ♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, England

My advice for today would be. Never get a phone contract with @ThreeUK

  • snkhan Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

  • zeitgeistlondon Brent A. Martin (@zeitgeistlondon) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUKSupport No I'd like to cancel my contract as the service is unusable. You can either fix it, or release me from the contract. Which will it be?

  • zeitgeistlondon Brent A. Martin (@zeitgeistlondon) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport @shahriarsabet We've been having same 5G broadband problems in north London for the last week. What's going on Three? This is obviously a major issue on your hands. Does @Ofcom need informing?

  • zeitgeistlondon Brent A. Martin (@zeitgeistlondon) reported from Paddington, England

@PositiveLad @ThreeUKSupport I think @Ofcom needs to look at Three on this point. Three know there is a problem yet they continue to sell it. I'll look into drafting something.

  • rowmeomeomeo mio ✨ (@rowmeomeomeo) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUKSupport From the personal store in oxford. I tried calling the customer representative unfortunately I have to drop by the store to cancel the contract. Is this true?

  • stevekennedyuk Steve Karmeinsky (@stevekennedyuk) reported from Camden Town, England

Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

  • PositiveLad Tom PositiveLad (@PositiveLad) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport data seems to have gone down on both 5G & 4G on our home broadband. N22. Can you check this please? Have rebooted router.

  • rowmeomeomeo mio ✨ (@rowmeomeomeo) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi there. I signed up for a 12- month contract yesterday and I want to cancel it. The customer representative requested for a PAC on my old network but I decided to just stick with it and cancel my plan with Three can you help me with the one thanks

  • JustKellyC Kelly 💙 (@JustKellyC) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport internet has gone down everyday this week, was assured yesterday this would be sorted, now has gone again, what is going on?!

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • burnsy171285 Martin Redman (@burnsy171285) reported

@danbond @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Agree with Daniel- it is suggestive those on rolling contracts could continue to benefit. Can you confirm either way? Could be another decade plus customer on their way out…

  • adamlevine83 Adam Levine (@adamlevine83) reported

@ThreeUKSupport heard about roaming charges.. the reason three stood out has gone. I won’t be hit yet but as a customer of 11 years this was the reason I always renewed and will now properly review whether it’s worth staying anymore when contract ends.

  • Thomas_Goodearl Thomas Goodearl (@Thomas_Goodearl) reported

@bigdavetrigg @ThreeUK Problem is no one other than O2 are offering it. Hopefully in a year in will change.

  • londonjakewills Jake Williams (@londonjakewills) reported

Good bye @ThreeUK as I will be leaving as soon as my contract is up. I signed up for a mobile contract with you due to your feel attached home mobile service. It’s awful to hear you are now charging people to roam in europe for £2 a day and £5 elsewhere! That’s disgusting.

  • LiamJRichner Liam Richner (@LiamJRichner) reported

@Thomasnorris1 @SkyNews @ThreeUK Vodafone doing the same thing. 02 only network I can see that aren't bringing back charges..

  • robbiec54321 Robert Cummings (@robbiec54321) reported

@threeuksupport Hi, I upgraded from a 30 day rolling SIM plan to a 24 month SIM plan to lock in a cheaper rate before the 1st Oct roaming deadline. Does the 14 day cooling off period for contracts apply to online upgrades should I decide to switch to another network?

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported

@_super_tone @ThreeUK True. Though again I’m not sure how long it’ll be before they introduce it. Just a shame O2 signal is pretty naff.

  • jtd1010 James (@jtd1010) reported

@richyj1504 @ThreeUK Their coverage is AWFUL! I was with them for years and years, moved to Vodafone and i was SHOOK! My phone was faster and you get coverage in places Three never could.

  • MisterJamie TherealMandalorian (@MisterJamie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?

  • nettymartin Martin McDonald 💙 (@nettymartin) reported

@zsk Lack of roaming charges used to be the unique selling point of @ThreeUK you would have thought they would have baulked the chance to levy these charges. I wonder what actual costs the phone companies occur when a customer 'roams'?
