-
Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@ThreeUKSupport @aanteater_ I’ll be doing the same. The service is abysmal in this area. Today it’s unusable, again. Generic promises of 5G are irrelevant when the basics are broken.
-
Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported from Spelthorne District, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi this was yesterday afternoon it took almost 24 hrs for you to respond. Issues were noted throughout the UK and this was affecting your broadband routers. A simple Google search will confirm this.
-
🗺🇪🇺Nick (@bluemoonstar) reported from Hammersmith, England@mark_castle @Pimsnumber1 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK There are so many with the same issue. @BBCWatchdog need to investigate.
-
Jason Ford (@jasonford1988) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.
-
Dan McDowell (@danjmcdowell) reported from Hillingdon, EnglandI think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.
-
Sam Skinner (@SHPETeacher13) reported from Hammersmith, England@ThreeUK your service is currently unable to block sims despite the fact a friends phone has been stolen. Thieves are continuing to use the phone and cause issues. Your website is also currently insecure. Please address these issues urgently. #threeUK
-
Mohamed Abdinur (@MabdiNur1) reported from Southall, England@ThreeUKSupport poor connection wondering to request an early termination
-
Kevin Hogarth (@KevinHogarth) reported from Ealing, England@ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles
-
StreetCube (@StreetCube) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin
-
amy dyfan (@amydyfan1) reported from Hillingdon, England@ThreeUK my phone is not working what happening I can’t make or receive calls 🙃🙃
-
🍁🍂✨Lauren Victoria Rhodes✨🍂🍁 (@LaurenVRhodes) reported from Richmond, EnglandOh great @threeuk is completely down again. In a few years it’s gone from being a great phone network to a terrible one. Will be switching in Feb - is anyone I know on EE? Do they have decent network coverage in London? #threedown @ThreeUKSupport
-
Sarah 🧡 (@MissusWebb) reported from Ealing, England@bootif1 @ThreeUK Taken them two days to respond on here and I’m still waiting for my promised call back from Friday night .... absolutely awful service from @ThreeUKSupport 🙈
-
James Barnham (@JWBarnham) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUK need to speak to someone about our 5g hub working intermittently but I can’t find any way via any of your sites or apps. Please help.
-
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England@colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.
-
Alex J Wood 🎨 🇪🇺 (@al3xjw) reported from Kensington, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK why is the signal so bad in London and Kent. Terrible. No reception or internet in so many places and so slow. Terrible service and no free roaming soon too. #fail #threepoorinternet #threeuk
-
Claxhausen (@jospehclax) reported from Hillingdon, England@ThreeUK so I had my account compromised, a phone and sim was ordered without my knowledge, once it arrived at my house, I reported it to the fraud action squad, then reported to your fraud department with my crime reference number. Your fraud department never followed up 1/2
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.
-
McTebow (@Scottish_jet_79) reported@JosefNixon @ThreeUK it’s really awful :-(
-
Rhiann 💎 (@Rhiiyounit11) reported@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me how I can make a complaint seen as your online agent clearly doesn’t want to reply to me
-
Chris Muktar (@chrismuktar) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I never had this problem, at least on a business contract with Three.
-
B (@scriptwren) reported@UniversalExile @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have found them awful - left as soon as I could
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
longboidan (@longboidan) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Been roaming with o2 for 1.5 years straight so far and no issue yet 🤞
-
Ryan (@ryantalks1024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Idk if it's still relevant since I did it 4 years ago and never looked into anything else But I just use Google Fi
-
nipplebuffet (@mimiheart29) reported@ThreeUK you have the worst customer service, I’m the phone with yall right now and the agent just left the call without any explanation??
