    Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

    @colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.

    @ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

    @ThreeUKSupport They can't call back when it's their fault I got cut off? I've heard all the excuses in the last 2 days. It was resolved, when I finally got through to someone who knew what they were doing. Resolved in 5 mins. Turns out I was fed a lot of crap and was told to make a complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport Over a year of no data and low signal, constant lies, cut off from calls etc. Been offered £5 for as good will for the £1000 I have spent on not getting what I’m contracted to! Told if I don’t like it leave! You really care about your customers! You guys really don’t care!

    @ThreeUK Just try and take advantage of this offer! Near 3 weeks trying, 9 people from three unable to help and 2 complaints (both closed without informing me). The most awful customer service I have ever experienced.

    ... Which as they put it equates to 3.3p! All I was asking was to match what was already a deal with a 3rd party STILL with @ThreeUK but @ThreeUKSupport said it was impossible to do this. They could match the same offer as I would get as a new customer only....

    - Called @ThreeUK to pay a deposit on a SIM-only contract - Told the deposit amount is... £0.00 - Agent unable to process 'payment' of £0 because 'the system is down' - Current contract ends in two days but unable to receive my Three order until payment of £0 is taken. Farce.
