Liam Nelson (@LiamGNelson) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport hi there. I cannot use any data on my phone when I am located at work in EC4M 7AW despite phone saying I have a reasonably good 4G signal. Seems to be fine elsewhere in London though.
-
C (@CB_XIIIXVI) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Your connection is shit, your customer service is shit and your pricing is shit. If there’s any way to transfer my contract to EE tell me, I beg. Constantly having to put my phone on airplane mode and back to get internet is tiring.
-
Raghunath S Iyengar (@ragwhos) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your help. I'll try tomorrow. Like I said I don't trust the IVR I got to today, but I've made a payment just in case and it did it has accepted it. I hope you could check it
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@OliversSherbs @ThreeUKSupport They’ll blame your handset or sim and ignore the fact that their signal is virtually non existent in most of the country.

-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport I can’t get anything on 4G as you can see by the screenshot despite your coverage checker saying the signal is excellent. This issue has been going on for ages. It’s not my sim or phone as my daughter is having the same problem.
-
Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England@efjaebe @ThreeUK EE customers have issues too. All networks have problems in dense areas where a lot of users are demanding higher levels of data than ever before.
-

Keron Proverbs (@KeronProverbs) reported from London, EnglandI'm sick of your big companies getting away with this rubbish @ThreeUK. I want you to leave three. This has been the last couple of months. I'm done with rubbish support as soon as I can. I'm going to remove myself. I can't contact you. I can't call you, haha. Bun your company
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, I’ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? I’m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.

-
Omni (@omnishredder_) reported@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month
