.@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

@ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

@ThreeUKSupport of course is not good. And I am sure that either it happened intentionally or there is a problem after 20 minutes because I call again and this happened again. I was calling to cancel an upgrade. Now I will cancel the whole contract not just the upgrade!!!

@ThreeUK very disappointed with service since joining you. Ordered 2 SIM cards, one works fine the second hasn’t worked for 3 months. Have tried to cancel this multiple occasions, mostly unable to speak to an advisor and when I can I have been hung up on!

@ThreeUKSupport I have never been so frustrated and disappointed by the level of honesty and customer service as I have been with Three and it's broadband. spent 5 hours of my life last week yet matter seems to not have been resolved. absolutely disgraceful.

@ThreeUKSupport Sort of. They just follow a script, they don’t really know what they are doing, if your problem is beyond what’s written in front of them then they just go through their script in a different way. Such a shame as your in store staff in the UK are wonderful.
