    @ThreeUKSupport The signal for 3G-only isn’t that great either. I can make calls just fine, but data is a real problem. At home I wouldn’t be able to use my phone at all without WiFi calling enabled.

    I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

    @IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

    @Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

    5 days in and still nothing. The ‘congestion’ @ThreeUK told me is the issue in Kingston seems to also apply to north London, central London and east London it seems as Everywhere I’ve been I can’t text or use internet. #refund #changingprovider #avoidtheee @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes that’s nice but I’m still waiting for a reply from you. The call center in India have given me 4 different responses and all saying the opposite. Why an existing customer who’s been with you for a long time has to loose the free roaming charges abroad?

    For anyone in Cornwall in the Par or St. Blazey areas, @ThreeUKSupport have informed me that there is yet more work being carried out and internet/signal should be restored by 8pm. I would ask them directly for updates as there's zero information about this or any pre warning.

    @ThreeUKSupport Over 2 hrs have been and gone, it is still not working. So on my 4th chat they said I have to wait 24-48hrs for it to be done manually. I have asked to speak to complaints again. On to complaints, and they have said the same. I have said that is not acceptable at all 5/
