@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

the upload speed is consistently bad (3-5MBPS) and the download speed is FAST but cuts out whenever it’s being pushed (and by pushed, I mean video calls with more than one person.) I’ve spent most of February using my @ThreeUK hotspot. Praise be.
