Iβve had some serious issues this year including having my line suspended on a Friday night in Greece & not being able to speak to anyone til Monday !!!

However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you wonβt charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway

I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone wonβt work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay Β£46 a month so really I expect it to work

Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

It's even worse, as I can't even ping IP address (it's just completely non functional). Postcode is B2. Any ideas?
