    @ThreeUKSupport 3.2mgps when you have informed me our home-fi issues have been resolved Not true service is useless as is the product, it is not fit for purpose Now instead of enjoying cycling on Eurosport I will be wasting more time on the phone to your tech department

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it was the 3 technical support team that told her. They gave her a few things to try on her phone and when it didn’t work the guy said it ok to change phone since it’s only a month old. The phone then cut off after an hour speaking with him and now no one will let her change

    @ThreeUK what am I to do? My dongle hasn't worked since the summer and customer services lets me hang on the phone then puts the phone down on me. I refuse to carry on with a contract paying for a malfunctioning dongle and you expect me to keep paying for the next two years???

    @ThreeUKSupport Giving it one last try, Home Broadband hasn't worked for four days. Can someone reach out or just cancel my accounts/ contract as it is unusable and you have ignored/ hung up on me in every possible way.
