    @ThreeUK In London when it's on 5G, my hotspot won't work. It connects but no signal. Back in 4G it works fine. Any advice?

    @ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasnโ€™t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel my SIM only contract within the cooling off period. Called Three and told can only it do in-store as contract taken out in store. All stores closed because of U.K. lockdown. How can I resolve pls?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    @ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

    I switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay ยฃ4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? Itโ€™s not about โ€œcoverageโ€ but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. Youโ€™re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
