If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Just myself. I never use WiFi, it isn’t as fast as your connection. So I rack up a lot of data usage through the network. Data management being squeezing my connection as Three may feel I’ve surpassed what may be deemed fair usage - I have had this before with other providers.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been charged £300 this morning for an upgrade I did not order,I was hacked and returned the handset to you despite numerous calls and reassurance I would not be charged £300 it has gone out of my account,very poor service as well as poor coverage
