    Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks 🦾

    @ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

    I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

    @centralsimon @SinnersTravels As your @ThreeUK #4G is as slow as my companies intranet. I am in a prime location at Baker Street where it was fine up until the big #5G hard sell.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi - I recently signed up for a new tariff but received info through post saying I was on a different, higher tariff. I have twice contacted support and they have twice confirmed that the original rate would be honoured but my account still says higher tariff...

    Incredible. I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for nearly a decade and they have given me absolutely no reason to remain with this overpriced, poor service network. No incentives or customer loyalty.

    @efjaebe @ThreeUK EE customers have issues too. All networks have problems in dense areas where a lot of users are demanding higher levels of data than ever before.

    @BedTaker @ThreeUK I’ve done literally everything possible in the past 4 months, I’ve made sure everything is updated, I’ve reset my network settings like they advised, had a phone call with their engineering team, I even got my sim replaced. They’ve done work about 3 different times since & no fix

    @ThreeUKSupport 1.Every month since august my partner (account holder Ryan) has been double charged because of an issue with upgrading. Everytime we live chat it seems it’s solved, then it happens again. Lastmonth we thought it was solved because we got told he’d get £44 credit (as seen in pic)

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m gobsmacked by the lack of help from your team, months of double charges, charges when meant to have credit as an apology, it’s never ending. Please can you give me a phone number or email to write a proper complaint to? Shocking.

    @ThreeUKSupport 5g broadband down in postcode de21. Any idea on when this issue will be resolved? Looking at twitter / down detector seems like a country wide issue?

    Another day wasting my holiday allowance because @ThreeUK 's dogturd 4G internet is down (again) and stops me working. What really twists the knife is we're only still using that crap because @VodafoneUK are three weeks overdue for our fibre activation. Great start to the week 🙃

    @chrissheath @ThreeUK @Ofcom Hey Chris. No data at all here in Maidstone ME14 either. Good signal but no internet at all. 90 minutes now.
