Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

@ThreeUKSupport “Let down”,is an understatement. We don’t need to sugar coat this service has plummeted. I am referring to my current and last Contract. I was told I could use my Hotspot and didn’t need WIFI for updates. He lied about what I would be receiving for £60 a month!

@ThreeUKSupport I already had a bar on extra spending, that’s another reason I fail to understand how I accumulated the unexpected excess charges. Twice when I spoke to customer services the line quality made them inaudible even though I have a 5 bar signal.

@ThreeUKSupport Day 5 of very poor signal. Cuts off intermittently. Reboots don't work. Clear cache doesn't work. Going to 3G is also poor. 333 chat didn't help. Can't call you as low or zero signal. DN16 area. Lots of friends saying the same. Why?! It was fine until last week!

Productive lunchtime, changed mobile phone providers after 20 years from @VodafoneUK and changed broadband providers after 12 years from @virginmedia, moving both accounts to @ThreeUK for MUCH CHEAPER monthly cost and apparently far better service all round. Win.
