    Hello @ThreeUKSupport your network appears to be broken today. I have full 3G but pretty much no data speeds ok the overground between Peckham rye and Surrey quays, and cable street/shadwell.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard exactly the same “hymn” - giving you my post ode is pointless - the network is broken and shamefully so. The network Is dishonest. The network I not fit for purpose in any city.

    @ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

    @ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi yes, it is correct but it’s also not linked to just one post code this is a near constant problem and switching between 3G / 4G doesn’t help. My phone signal is always fine for calls and texts it’s just the internet.

Oh AND they threw in a years free subscription to either Spotify or now tv

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn, well an upgrade is going through, but issues still remain and having to wait for a another call apparently on Sunday to pay my bill as charges that should have been reimbursed have not been so still waiting for that to be sorted, all very stressful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Whilst I appreciate the response this is the generic IPv6 response that I've seent sent to others. To clarify the Samsung A40 is constantly issued an IPv6 address whereas the OnePlus 8 has never been issued an IPv6 address. I therefore believe this is a OnePlus issue @OnePlus_UK

    @ThreeUKSupport Turn our to be a lie as nothing can be fobe. Now he's on a new 12 month contract. Not even the best till we said we could see better deals on my3.Spoke to billings, upgrades, cancellation and customers service. Tried to talk to supervisor or manager. Can't as they are WFH

    @ThreeUKSupport No service in GU15 area from 3, the only day of the year when you need your service the most. 3 is gone down so much in service on both ends customer and connection.

    @ThreeUK spent 30 mins on hold whilst trying to cancel my dongle and ipad sim contracts. After your advisor put me on hold again to divert my call, the line went dead. Stayed on it for another 5 mins, nothing. Is that a tactic to stop people from leaving? I'd like a call pls
