    @ThreeUKSupport It was the status of a contract. Given how it all panned out I'm going to enter into the complaints process as it's really unacceptable especially considering the time I've been a customer.

    @ThreeUK I have NEVER experienced awful signalling problems since you have set up the 5G network! I pay you an obscene amount of money every month for a below par service!

    @ThreeUKSupport Don’t mean to bang on here but now I don’t even get signal in dalston. Would really prefer that you took care of existing customers and fixed existing issues before moving onto new projects. No point in me having data in my plan that I can’t use

    @ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is your 4G so bad in central London, London Bridge and St Pancras area I have to drop the phone to 3G to get any data, you promote 5G, but you haven’t mastered the basics yet, when is this going to be sorted #timetoswitch
