    It’s a bit rubbish the @ThreeUK Home Signal is only 3G so to use it have to turn phone to 3G only so it won’t won’t roam on to 4G macro cell. Guess useful if local network outage

    Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

    I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark. When I call up i keep getting told “service request/order is stuck.. check back in 48 hours”. Which will normally be fine but my sim is dead. I called the store they said they cant do anything unless its face to face (which i cant do as of work). So no one can help me?
