    @ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

    @ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Can’t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they can’t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

    So, apparently, if a relative dies suddenly, and they didn’t take the trouble to put you on their phone account as someone who could speak on their behalf, the stock response when trying to sort out their phone is ‘we can’t help you’. Thanks @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, and been trying to sort things out since the 15th of Feb 2021. But now they are avoiding me and hanging up on me. They were two devices iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb I upgraded no upfront cost LY, and an iPhone 12 mini this year, with an upfront cost of £29.

    @waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

    @ThreeUKSupport Your checker for Home 5G Broadband says I have 5G here, *but* your network coverage checker tells me for my house I could only get 5G outside. Home broadband is traditionally indoors, so which is it? I can't risk ending my current internet then finding 5G wont' work indoors.

    @ThreeUK I’ve just called to get a itemised final bill. Why is it every time I call for a simple thing your colleagues in India have to do a sales pitch on me. I left for bad reception issues and the fact I can’t get off the phone to these people trying to sell me products every time.

    @ThreeUKSupport my internet is only working on certain apps, never had an issue in this location with 5G before. Restarted my phone and turned my data off an on and no luck. All the apps seem to be the ones that are included in ‘Go Binge’, any ideas?
