    @ThreeUKSupport Pretty much everywhere I go, my postcode is N16 5PF but it’s particularly bad around the Manor House, Angel, Kings Cross and Covent Garden areas .. my phone says I have full 4G and nothing loads. I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay £46 a month so really I expect it to work

    @ThreeUK is down no internet from 10 am for all of UK and it has not let its customers know at all, no information on its website either. @VodafoneUK @EE please help @ThreeUK they are going to go bust soon. @BBCBreaking @Ofcom

    I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

    @ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

    @efjaebe @ThreeUK EE customers have issues too. All networks have problems in dense areas where a lot of users are demanding higher levels of data than ever before.

    @ThreeUKSupport been overcharged for my contract the last 3 months, despite me raising this issue several times and always being promised a solution that has always failed to materialise. Mysteriously im now not being connected on live chats. I wonder why...Sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport @jjunglejim What are "core" PAYG customers? Does this mean *all* current PAYG customers will be forced to migrate to this new tariff? After the 4.5% contract announcement late last year, Three just love making things more expensive, even as the 'service' becomes ever more farcical...

    @velobetty @ThreeUKSupport Must admit I have had problems with their 4g service. I have had to do a hard reset four times since I got it just before Xmas. It works for a few days then dies.......

    @ThreeUKSupport what is your back end team? I need to speak to them ASAP as my brothers phone has been off for 8 days and according to your awful Live chat and phone team they keep saying they are dealing with the issue.
