    Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

    @ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport Factory reset the B535, they won't connect. I set up the "Guest WiFi" on the router and changed the SSID to match my phone to force them to connect to it. That's working for now, but you guys need to resolve this. This is neither A fix or THE fix.

    @ThreeUKSupport The Dots connect to my Hotspot with the Home BB SIM in it, so it's not a network issue, it has to be the router... I'm going to factory reset the router and I'll get back to you. It's peculiar as I have four Echo Dots. The old ones work fine, it's just the new ones that don't.

    @ThreeUKSupport No. He's spoken to 4 different people, and ne has been able to explain why he was not informed. Appalling customer service of which we have screenshots, and he will be changing provider. Can you please provide your formal complaints procedure?
