    @ThreeUKSupport Pretty much everywhere I go, my postcode is N16 5PF but itโ€™s particularly bad around the Manor House, Angel, Kings Cross and Covent Garden areas .. my phone says I have full 4G and nothing loads. I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay ยฃ46 a month so really I expect it to work

    @ThreeUKSupport Be honest, Have you ever tried to deal with the Three business department! Only open Monday to Friday 9-5! Iโ€™ve had some serious issues this year including having my line suspended on a Friday night in Greece & not being able to speak to anyone til Monday !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate your engineers trying to resolve these issues but this has been ongoing since I joined 3 which was almost a year ago. Itโ€™s definitely not a problem that will be sorted today.

    @ThreeUKSupport Round this area it seems consistently poor. Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

    @ThreeUKSupport 1bg add on and 6gb add on, canโ€™t press the select buttons to cancel them, tried reinstalling the app, force closing the app and nothing!

    @ThreeUKSupport Google pixel 5, bought the phone outright. Apparently it's a glitch so you have to cancel my order and give me a refund...but then want me to pay the full price and not the price I had already paid....I had already got an order number, and you took payment.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have cancelled the upgrade and was able to get help in store. It was an iPhone 12 256 with AirPods. I have managed to sort another upgrade with the in store team. I am very disappointed with the online and telephone advisors, and have lost 2 days work waiting for deliveries.

    @ThreeUK You have just moved my son's contract (in my name) from ยฃ9.24 a month to ยฃ26 without any authorisation. We never asked to changed contract. Can someone help with this? Thx
