KeplerNiko (@keplerniko) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.
-
Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from City of London, EnglandHow on earth now is there no service at London Blackfriars !! What on earth is going with your awful network??? Spend some bloody money and fix it @ThreeUK #Three
-
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, EnglandNot even 10:30am and @ThreeUk network has collapsed in C London. Neither 4G or 3G working.
-
Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?
-
James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England@magicalmouse @ThreeUKSupport @proudly_ed My 5G router refuses to connect to the internet in London and there's a queue to visit your service status webpage (which says there's no issue) - are you sure you're not aware of anything?!
-
R_J_B_11 (@R_J_B) reported from London, England@ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.
-
Gary (@PilotBoyGD) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Dropping down to 3G is the only way to remedy the problem. But it's annoying as I have to keep remembering to turn it on again. Two handsets same issue.
-
John O'Hare-Price (@JohnOHarePrice) reported from London, England@ThreeUK what’s happening to the network/internet. I can make phone calls but that’s it. No internet. Turned phone on and off multiple times. #networkissues #networkfail #nointernet

Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere
-
geocaching.uk (@UKGeocacher) reported from City of London, EnglandRecently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedBack in B43 7EQ Birmingham @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK service very very poor.
-
micro manager. (@MicroManager45) reportedCan you confirm network issues, I have no phone, no broadband day 2 I'll cancel both if I hear nothing back @ThreeUKSupport
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK you will NEVER know peace. How can you be doing works in the area, not inform me but then tell me “it’s taking longer than usual” my payment will be taking longer than usual. These man are some cruffs.
-
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.
-
Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported@AdamBat92308251 @three @ThreeUK Yes, sorry to hear that, Adam, that’s awful.
-
AHTHMHLH (@AHTHMHLH) reported@ThreeUK Trying to contact your customer support, but the @ThreeUKSupport your profile links to hasn’t been updated since 2022?!
-
Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport how do you guys even get customers. I’d have better signal with a Nigerian provider
