Life of Nads (@life_of_nads) reported from City of London, England@Evertonzck @ThreeUK @Apple @EE @TheO2 @VodafoneUK Waited 2 hours to speak to customer relations at Three. Finally someone explained to me that it’s basically because Apple hasn’t delivered the phones to anyone and they’re waiting for a new batch...

Shane (@ShaneyFirkins96) reported from London, England@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....
-
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere
-
Hayley Dulson-Hughes (@bumpiegin) reported from London, England@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Had to hang up after waiting for 15 mins

Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?
-
Martin Bentley (@themib) reported from London, England@Johngs08 @ThreeUK Yeah I saw that, should get an automatic refund for a period without service.
-
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, EnglandCannot make calls or get a signal yet again from @ThreeUK. If I had £1 every time this happens I swear I could retire now. King William St, London #NoSignalHere #NoServiceHere
-
Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, EnglandI’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones
-
Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from City of London, EnglandHow on earth now is there no service at London Blackfriars !! What on earth is going with your awful network??? Spend some bloody money and fix it @ThreeUK #Three

IvernelleSita (@IvernelleSita) reported from City of London, England@midasreturns @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s more. Since Tuesday it’s been like that. And when you call they can’t help you or give you any explanation. No word about why & what is happening @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
KeplerNiko (@keplerniko) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.
-
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, EnglandNot even 10:30am and @ThreeUk network has collapsed in C London. Neither 4G or 3G working.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
Spencer (@skkthfc61) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Your service is London is somehow getting even worse. Any chance of being less useless. Obviously no need to put yourselves out
-
Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.
