Latest outage, problems and issue reports in City of Westminster and nearby locations:
-
Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, EnglandI’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones
-
Caracasflat (@caracasflat) reported from London, England@ThreeUKSupport Not really, I restarted my phone a couple of times yesterday and today and nothing. Just 2 little signal bars... 😕
-
Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from London, England@ThreeUKSupport So how do I avoid upgrading and remain a customer?

PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere
-
Nick Stephen (@nshancock) reported from City of London, EnglandI’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!
-
Chris Merriman (@ChrisTheDJ) reported from London, England@ianbetteridge @ThreeUK Three has been down nationwide since midnight

-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.
-
Nick Lovell (@NickLovell_) reported from London, England@ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
Gary (@PilotBoyGD) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Dropping down to 3G is the only way to remedy the problem. But it's annoying as I have to keep remembering to turn it on again. Two handsets same issue.

-
lauren (@wanderlaurst) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Also, I was promised 5G was in my area but now it’s clear it was anything to make a sale. I’m a business customer with you for mobile, I can’t believe how badly this is being handled.

🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@Threeuk can barely load up my bus ticket in the city centre never mind doubling the price of the Caffè Nero reward and expecting that to load up in time to purchase. If only companies focused on improving their services before taking away the perks.
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reportedI've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!
-

-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reportedIt's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs
