    @ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

    @ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles

    @ThreeUK Painful company to deal with - you have upgraded my mums contract over a year ago and charged her for both contracts saying she had to cancel the old contract despite it being done in store - now every call to customer services the call drops #poorservice #fraudulent

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm in France need data as I don't have access to internet - if I use my phone as a hotspot to stream a few games of footballc- that's my monthly allowance gone - not a happy customer and I've been with 3 since 2011 - I've showed loyalty but it seems 3 don't care

    @ThreeUK customer service is RUBBISH...can’t cancel a contract in store OR online OR over the phone OR can’t email OR via their Webchat them either...they ask you to WRITE to them..that’s forward thinking Post it!! HOW CAN THIS BE????
