  • JohnOHarePrice
John O'Hare-Price (@JohnOHarePrice) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK what’s happening to the network/internet. I can make phone calls but that’s it. No internet. Turned phone on and off multiple times. #networkissues #networkfail #nointernet

  • CFCJourno
Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London, England

I’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones

  • Malcy7
Malcolm Saunders (@Malcy7) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK hi, can you give me any information regarding the coverage in the Uk postcode DA17 area, as recently the reception has been awful. Thanks.

  • ViceDirect
Vice Direct (@ViceDirect) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUK I can't get into my online account, can't reset the password because your servers don't work and can't contact anyone to sort this issue, I say **** ALL THIS COVID 19 SOCIAL DISTANCING AND GET WORKERS BACK INTO THIER OFFICES

  • depak_sharma
Deepak Sharma (@depak_sharma) reported from London, England

Can't believe how bad the network from @ThreeUK is in the city. Absolute torture.

  • melvgotti
    M 🇳🇬 (@melvgotti) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport London has always been busy but I've only had issues in the last 6 months. And the signal does not improve when I move around different areas in London either

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

  • loraineff
LYF (@loraineff) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

  • keplerniko
KeplerNiko (@keplerniko) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

  • PelhamB
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England

Not even 10:30am and @ThreeUk network has collapsed in C London. Neither 4G or 3G working.

  • IvernelleSita
IvernelleSita (@IvernelleSita) reported from City of London, England

@midasreturns @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s more. Since Tuesday it’s been like that. And when you call they can’t help you or give you any explanation. No word about why & what is happening @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Done — by the way your Three Chat service said that the Network Checker is for mobile only, and doesn’t include Three Home Broadband.

  • MartinCox0155
Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from London, England

Wake up to another morning of no service from @virginmedia @ThreeUK please get 5G rolled out so I can cancel this awful service.

  • ShaneyFirkins96
Shane (@ShaneyFirkins96) reported from London, England

@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

  • KronosX81
X2 (@KronosX81) reported from London, England

  • Ben_Murray
Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

  • beatriceforme
    🙈🍹Beatrice Formenton🇮🇹🇬🇧 (@beatriceforme) reported from London, England

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • liarpoliticianz
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported

@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

  • demube
    Deborah Benady 💙 (@demube) reported

@ThreeUK Why is voicemail not working on my 3 account? Others tell me it is the same for them

  • MatthewFoxAF
    Matthew Fox (@MatthewFoxAF) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK mad with 3 IE and whenever I go abroad for a few months I just keep it topped up and never have issues then pick up a local sim for my spare phone

  • Ralph_Hapschatt
    Mike Baldwin  (@Ralph_Hapschatt) reported

If someone phones you pretending to be from @ThreeUK, asking you to read them a one time pass code, two them to **** off.

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls

  • JurateJW
    JurateW #FBPE 🇪🇺🇪🇺🔶️💙 (@JurateJW) reported

@kokeshimum I am with @ThreeUK The worst signal ever.

  • PiRaticus

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK What did Three support say?

  • whisperity
    Whisperity (@whisperity) reported

@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

    William Stavely (@william_stavely) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You are obstructing my partner leaving your network. Doing so is illegal under OFCOM legislation. Contact me immediately for her details.
