@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

  • jdaykin
Jerry Daykin (@jdaykin) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK @NinaWest @AttitudeMag I just wish you had supported me with half decent signal during the parade itself 😜 but keep up the good work #Pride wise!

  • suhailpatel
Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • ErminiaColucci
Erminia Colucci (@ErminiaColucci) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport It wasn't that simple getting in touch with you as 333 doesn't work on the weekend.I texted 7726 to report the fraud and just an automated message thanking me.

  • skkthfc61
Spencer (@skkthfc61) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your service is London is somehow getting even worse. Any chance of being less useless. Obviously no need to put yourselves out

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

  • MrJGTodd
James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England

@magicalmouse @ThreeUKSupport @proudly_ed My 5G router refuses to connect to the internet in London and there's a queue to visit your service status webpage (which says there's no issue) - are you sure you're not aware of anything?!

  • mullinger
Andrew Mullinger (@mullinger) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Ie the credit file record. They said they don’t believe it was fraud but why would I lie?! I’ve contacted Robert your CEO and he’s looking into it for me. Afraid customer protection team didn’t do well :(

  • IamCrypto16
IamCrypto Tips and tutorials (@IamCrypto16) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes and you guys agree you can’t fix the situation and offered me a discount which is nice but I need good internet not a discount. My Contract finishes in December

  • PelhamB
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England

Cannot make calls or get a signal yet again from @ThreeUK. If I had £1 every time this happens I swear I could retire now. King William St, London #NoSignalHere #NoServiceHere

  • life_of_nads
Life of Nads (@life_of_nads) reported from City of London, England

@Evertonzck @ThreeUK @Apple @EE @TheO2 @VodafoneUK Waited 2 hours to speak to customer relations at Three. Finally someone explained to me that it’s basically because Apple hasn’t delivered the phones to anyone and they’re waiting for a new batch...

  • PelhamB
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from City of London, England

Not even 10:30am and @ThreeUk network has collapsed in C London. Neither 4G or 3G working.

  • KeronProverbs
Keron Proverbs (@KeronProverbs) reported from London, England

I'm sick of your big companies getting away with this rubbish @ThreeUK. I want you to leave three. This has been the last couple of months. I'm done with rubbish support as soon as I can. I'm going to remove myself. I can't contact you. I can't call you, haha. Bun your company

  • MrJGTodd
James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

  • Malcy7
Malcolm Saunders (@Malcy7) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK hi, can you give me any information regarding the coverage in the Uk postcode DA17 area, as recently the reception has been awful. Thanks.

  • Mrs_JRD
▼▲ JΞNNIFΞR ▼▲ (@Mrs_JRD) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've had no mobile signal for over a week in my central London office. The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

  • antjpg

In central London today and seriously crap reception from @ThreeUK as per usual.

  • R_J_B
R_J_B_11 (@R_J_B) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@three_broadband Are you guys shutting down? I’ve been told my Broadband will cease in October and to move over to @ThreeUK. Will I get the same 5G speeds?

@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?

  • MasonIyons
    Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reported

so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

  • LFCSovereign61
    Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported

@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

  • AnichoBuilds
    Anis Ahmed Chohan (@AnichoBuilds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Bruh ee never cancelled me I've been out the UK for 4 years. If you mobile supports it fastest option is get an esim install and app and register and you have number with data, SMS and calls in minutes you'll find global guys and local guys worth doing some window shopping

  • oultimobuilder
    Ben Armstrong (@oultimobuilder) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Better provider bro i been witj lyca mobile and out of the uk sincr 2022 no issues

  • Robbo2024

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. £12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.

  • Saurav
    SG (@Saurav) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely awful service. Signed a new contract and your bill has come for triple the amount. I've been told by your agent he will fix the bill, over a month later nothing! Now he is ignoring all emails. And one of my lines is facing connectivity issues! AWFUL!

  • baskeyfit
    Greatestperson1 (@baskeyfit) reported

@ThreeUKSupport bought 5g hub last Wednesday. Currently good excellent connection to 5g mast but last night download speeds have dropped significantly from 150 to 30mbps and ping is unstable. I followed the troubleshooting and there’s no improvement

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
