    @ThreeUKSupport You didnt understand my complains. 1) you have bad equipment that cant scan every type of documents. 2) your offices dont have access to edit user info. Thats why your offices are useless. You should fix this.

    @justifyles @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Well then that comes down to choice doesn’t it. Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK at this point I do believe this a proper joke. A comic movie about a proper fraud. I really had enough... they said they would have sent me a new sim. It happened two weeks ago. maybe they are delivering it at the same speed of their network

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

    @ThreeUKSupport no service whatsoever since yesterday on 3 different phones. No message or warning on web yesterday, but now says outage. Just ridiculous, I’ll be leaving very soon.

    @ThreeUK disgusting customer service from #threemobile I have spent too many hours just trying to get through to someone to cancel my data sim being thrown from one incompetent person to another and now in store having just the same experience over the phone!! Shameful service.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

    @ThreeUKSupport The product as it is. The confirmed and asked me to return the phone and I will get my refund. Phone was returned by royal mail since 6th of April and I have since left the network yet thw refund hasn't been paid. I was told 3 working days after the phone is received.

    @ThreeUK contacted and talked into your broadband with the promise of a TV, back in February, never received. I contact you via telephone 2 weeks ago and told would be with me in 10 days. Still nothing. Im sure this is miss selling? Broadband alone isn’t worth it!! Poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport How long is that going to take? Given this situation, does anyone knows if I have the right to terminate the contract if there is no service provided? I've no service since Tuesday night and their dedicated team is not helpful.

    If you are an international person living in the UK, please be careful if you want to use @ThreeUK as your phone company. Such a bad service, invoice problem and lack of solution.

    @ThreeUK my 5g hub is not working since today. Only power light is on and all other light is off. calling to customer service said is it software issue nothing I can do. there are load of customer has same issue. I still wfh I have go to cafe for my meeting.

    @ThreeUKSupport I told them the last time that I will only reach out one last time and that is what I am doing because calling hasn't worked. The next time it will be ombudsman looking into the issue. Somethings don't have to be so difficult but you guys make it so.
