The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.
