I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this wonโt happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems donโt talk to one another and departments canโt transfer. Useless.

Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!
