Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Hayes and nearby locations:

  • KillersBeard Terry Smith (@KillersBeard) reported from Dartford, England

@ThreeUKSupport refusing to give a PAC code. Sort of confirming why I want to get rid. Shocking service over the past two years, after many years of zero problems.

  • blackcabbymart Martin (@blackcabbymart) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUK As a London taxi driver who’s been loyal to your network for over 10 years didn’t realise that you are in bed with the tax avoiders time to move to a new network provider there safety record is appalling 😡#ubered #taxi #london

  • JamAndHoney ben leedham (@JamAndHoney) reported from Lambeth, England

For some stupid reason I switched back to @ThreeUK last year. God, why did I forget. It has to be the worst service of any network in the UK. Every single day I find my self trying to find the network, turning my phone on and off. Last week I even had to replace the SIM!!

  • jshuttvine Jessica Shutt-Vine (@jshuttvine) reported from Lambeth, England

. @ThreeUK shock horror no phone signal AGAIN pleased my contract ends next month, happened too many times! #byyyyebeeech

  • faarea Faarea Tech & Biz News (@faarea) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUKSupport A personal visit might be more apt. This is unbelievable. I’d like to know how often your corporate teams harass people on hospitals beds when they’re just out of paralysis please. Also, your teams clearly throw letters away & cover their backs. I’m stunned at your service.

  • mstarmatt Matt (@mstarmatt) reported from Merton, England

Yet again completely blown over by the fantastic customer service with @ThreeUK 😃 #winning #customerservice #happycustomer #keepsmiling

  • zappomatic Tom P (@zappomatic) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport No - the odd station doesn’t seem to like me every now and again but Waterloo is consistent. It tells me to call 333 which obviously I can’t do with no signal 😄

  • LozJunglist Loz ⚡️ (@LozJunglist) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, 3G works fine if you switch off 4G first. It’s more that the signal doesn’t switch over from 4G to 3G correctly. It just stops working dead as you reach the station, booting you out of your phone call or data connection. It happened again just now.

  • El_Tommo Tommo61 (@El_Tommo) reported from Kensington, England

@ThreeUK So fed up at the lack of 3 coverage in S. London. 3 years of almost zero signal on Southern Rail between Wandsworth Common and Imperial Wharf

  • Tee_viii Tee_VIII (@Tee_viii) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@ThreeUKSupport honestly your customer services are just THE WORST. Completely unhelpful

  • RegaloLondon Melinas Gift Shop (@RegaloLondon) reported from Merton, England

@Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK @MartinSLewis @nuyoo_fitness Thank you so much I will definitely be looking into this. On Facebook Three replied to me advising that I cap my spending and that I must have signed up using a 2step verification. Its ridiculous advice and I never confirmed such thing! Thanks again

  • alessandrolnd Alex (@alessandrolnd) reported from Lambeth, England

3 weeks or more with really bad service and yet, nothing but weekly apologies. Atill keep taking a full monthly charge. Thank you @ThreeUK

  • faarea Faarea Tech & Biz News (@faarea) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUKSupport wow, I’m recovering from surgery and your customer service reps think it’s hilarious to torture me with petty calls even though I’ve sent letters saying I’m in hospital. Can you call me tomorrow please we seriously need to talk. @ThreeUK

  • Nigelsongs Nigel Thomas (@Nigelsongs) reported from Lambeth, England

@ThreeUKSupport @threeuk Another week of dreadful and on the whole unusable offers on #wuntu. Every week you say to 'keep your eyes peeled' for 'exciting new offers' which NEVER materialise. Really poor effort.

  • g_bonfiglio Giorgio Bonfiglio (@g_bonfiglio) reported from Poplar, England

Hey @ThreeUK just to add to your #HumbeBrag campaign about being the best network... I switched to @VodafoneUK after having spent one week in US without internet because an issue or yours. ...that you solved when I left.

  • Tee_viii Tee_VIII (@Tee_viii) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

  • Nigelsongs Nigel Thomas (@Nigelsongs) reported from Lambeth, England

@ThreeUKSupport @smoferbell They always say that Sophie, but never deliver. Prepare to be constantly disappointed.

  • zappomatic Tom P (@zappomatic) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well it’s pretty hard to get a signal 25 metres underground 😛

  • kestermann Kester Mann (@kestermann) reported from Wandsworth, England

Sad to hear of the end of People's Operator. But charity and business don't go well together. "Smart" move by @ThreeUK to encourage TPO customers to its Smarty service.

  • hovhannisian Lily (@hovhannisian) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK Online chat is very rude !!! Initially missguided and when I ordered online and found out that I am misguided the representative just disappeared when i asked her to cancel my order! Will stay with @ThreeUK !

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DazTerrible DazTheTerrible (@DazTerrible) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ok well I will check it’s been bad for a few days now

  • canals4us Steve Jay (@canals4us) reported

@ThreeUK @samaritans Gimmick after gimmick after gimmick. You’re still the worst underperforming provider in the uk

  • The_DogWalker Richie Barlow #Woke #FBPE 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺 (@The_DogWalker) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ll do that now. I need a signal at all times, as I’m constantly on the phone to my husband as my husband is asthmatic and works alone as a dog walker in the countryside. Having a signal that cuts out isn’t safe in this situation.

  • LewisCanavan Lewis James (@LewisCanavan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes you keep saying the network is fine on your systems but it's really now. I've been to other areas and network seems fine. When I get on 5G it's superfast. 4G is less than 1Mbps download. And unfortunately do not live in 5G area. I'm within my 14 days cooling so time to leave.

  • bruceycr Bruce Russell (@bruceycr) reported

@ThreeUK almost no signal on the entire Reading-Birmingham @CrossCountryUK line. Do you not consider rail lines when locating masts? Would you like me to send you a map of UK railway lines for future planning? Can't quite believe how reception can be so poor in a modern country.

  • itxjamie jamie (@itxjamie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've just had an email from Three Broadband (almost looks 100% legit but not sure) saying my direct debit failed? I'm not a three customer at all (was a mobile customer over 2 years ago & Relish 5 years ago), can I confirm with you if this was legit or an error?

  • PinkiP81 Niki P (@PinkiP81) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not joining the chat - all the info are in the complaint form and my emails to your customer relations team. I want someone to look at, resolve the issue and respond to my email. I have just private messaged you my number to locate the case.

  • Cainelawton 987devil (@Cainelawton) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi yes i am still having issues almost all the time i have a low 3g connection and it occasionally jumps to 4g then back down again i know its not my sim because if i go to a different location i can get full 4g and my dad can only get a signal near one window.

  • DigitalStefan Stefan (he / him) (@DigitalStefan) reported

@jbh1977 @ThreeUK Three will lie whenever you come to the end of a contract. I’ve had dreadful experience with them. A friend went through exactly the same process 3 years later, so I’m confident this is simply their policy. Smarty use Three’s network and are much easier to deal with.

  • Casablancas_88 Ben (@Casablancas_88) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I am able to upgrade, and am interested in going SIM only. If I take a 24 month sim only upgrade, am I able to upgrade to a new handset if I wanted to later down the line, or would it have to be at the end of the 24 months?
