Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

My bank's phone insurance have requested I get a note from yourselves showing my S21 IMEI on your network as proof of ownership for their policy to be active.
