    I love the fact that in this day and age I still can’t get signal on my phone at work. And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Everyone seems to have issues whatever network they are on (I presume so but I’ve not asked everyone what network they are on). It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

    @ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

    Been with @ThreeUK since 2007. But I think it's time to move on as my contract has ended.whoever runs three inhope you are not treated the way you poorly treat your customers. I just want all my money back. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Line appears to be dead, where things are with the account who knows as they couldn't provide any confirmation, no longer able to login to check as get a system error and money is still not returned to my account. Guess it's a wait 40 days and see but will be writing to three.

    @KidiabaPonyTail @ThreeUKSupport Mate the issue I am having is unreal our network went down on Friday I have log so many calls and no-one can help I called the shop and they don't even know but on the website it says no issue detected I am wondering how long before I can cancel all my contracts with them

    @ThreeUK is forcing me to move onto a new plan that means I lose my roaming benefits. Call them up & they couldn't care less when I said this would mean I would likely cancel my contract and told me I had to see it from Three's point of view! Funny, I thought I was the customer?
