    I love the fact that in this day and age I still can’t get signal on my phone at work. And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Everyone seems to have issues whatever network they are on (I presume so but I’ve not asked everyone what network they are on). It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

    @ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Your 4G is absolutely appalling. Next time I change my phone contract, I am going to favour the more expensive contract with better 4G elsewhere than the cheaper Three UK contract. P.S This was sent using Wi-Fi because your 4G is crap.

    @ThreeUKSupport yes they magically found it. decided to wave the leaving fee and I tried to cancel my account and change it to PAYG but your incompetent staff member did nk such thing so I woke up to an overdrawn bank account this morning. called to get it resolved & another staff member
