    I love the fact that in this day and age I still can’t get signal on my phone at work. And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. It’s been a month now and still no service. (As of 0810 30/1/23) At want point can I leave my contract as you seem unable to fix the problem. Please don’t tell me to call a number as I simply haven’t got time to explain the problem again.

    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    Would defo not recommend @ThreeUK Lucky to get signal in most places. They told me Croydon was good and I have 1 or 2 bars everywhere

    Quite unbelievably bad customer service from @ThreeUK tonight .. I’ve been a customer , a big customer to the tune of £1000s over at least 15 years and because I can’t remember one word , They can’t verify me ! Disgraceful

    Been with @ThreeUK since 2007. But I think it's time to move on as my contract has ended.whoever runs three inhope you are not treated the way you poorly treat your customers. I just want all my money back. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Everyone seems to have issues whatever network they are on (I presume so but I’ve not asked everyone what network they are on). It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    @ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

    @ThreeUK I recently switched to three after mind blowing offers from customer care executive. Internet connection on and off for almost one week and not even getting 3G speed from 5G hub. Will wait for 2 more days, if it is same i will think of disconnection.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you ease provide me with a email address to make a complaint/get support? A 3 store has used fraudulent information to set me up with extra 3 accounts without me knowing it seems. I can't even access these accounts as they've used incorrect DOB and postcodes.

    @ThreeUK We have been without our 5G home broadband service all afternoon - I have lost work revenue and my son has missed online schooling. Our calls are on waiting for hours. We need answers and are completely unable to get them.

    @ThreeUK got someone with fake id going into 3 stores getting phone contracts on my account and after reporting to your fraud department you still letting them do this. Pathetic customer service. So far they have 3 phones and a watch. You need more security.

    @ThreeUK how useless is three please drop comments here. Why requires a simple router exchange the scripted robots lack common sense. Looking for better quality of service
