    @ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel my SIM only contract within the cooling off period. Called Three and told can only it do in-store as contract taken out in store. All stores closed because of U.K. lockdown. How can I resolve pls?

It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

    @ThreeUK 1/2really not happy with the customer service, ordered my upgrade yesterday spoken to 3 different people who told me told me it was on its way just to be told that the systems crashed yesterday and my order was not processed.
