@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@kellymariekirk @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Happened to me 2 days ago When I spoke to 3 they said it was not them my address got changed as well took 2 hours to get through to them to stop the account now waiting for a new sim after 15 years am so upset with the service and time it took

@ThreeUKSupport I can access online...it’s the iPhone XS Max, I’ve reset network settings numerous times which helps to some extent but having to do it more than once a week is just a pain,

@ThreeUK Why wont you stop taking money from me after I asked to cancel? You're using some PAC work around and now wont stop charging me for a sim card I don't even have any more. Stop treating me like a cash cow, I'm hardly have any money!
