    @ThreeUKSupport Pretty much everywhere I go, my postcode is N16 5PF but it’s particularly bad around the Manor House, Angel, Kings Cross and Covent Garden areas .. my phone says I have full 4G and nothing loads. I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay £46 a month so really I expect it to work

    Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks 🦾

    @ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Round this area it seems consistently poor. Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

    Awful customer service from @ThreeUK. Failed 3 times to deliver a functioning SIM. Offered to deliver a 4th - but as I’ve moved house I must update my billing address. But they don’t allow me to do this for 30 days! Contract began on 25 Nov, still no functioning SIM 🤬

    @ThreeUK firstly you don’t deliver the new phone on 5 different occasions! Then once cancelled the contract because of this you then proceed to charge me two months in a row for a service and phone I do not have! Spoken to about 50 different agents all of which have lied to me!!!

    Absolutely disgusted at @ThreeUK Ordered an upgrade in October - cancelled it the next day and 2 months later they are still charging me for a phone I never received and plan I never started!! Telling me I’m liable for the cost despite the fact I’ve never received the phone.
