    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel my SIM only contract within the cooling off period. Called Three and told can only it do in-store as contract taken out in store. All stores closed because of U.K. lockdown. How can I resolve pls?

    Absolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that shouldโ€™ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2

    @ThreeUK can you provide constant 5g speed to my mobile? Why are you limiting my data speed? 5g of your #three is rubbish! Why my streaming getting pauses on data and the moment i switch to the #WiFi it's back with no issues? Stop being greedy atleast provide service i pay for.

    @ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge ยฃ295 on phone bills ?

    One of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.

    I cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!

    @ThreeUK are your Complaints Team okay? Might want to check in on them. I have specifically asked to keep all correspondence regarding a complaint in writing. They have been harassing me daily with multiple calls but despite reminding them I expect written comms, they still call.
