Mike🇪🇺🏴🏴🇺🇦🇬🇧 (@MikeM5517) reported from Worcester Park, England@ThreeUK It would help to test again to make sure the 3 network actually works to late after the fact
-
Sarah 🧡 (@MissusWebb) reported from Ealing, England@bootif1 @ThreeUK Taken them two days to respond on here and I’m still waiting for my promised call back from Friday night .... absolutely awful service from @ThreeUKSupport 🙈
-
Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUK I will be contacting the ombudsman about the disgraceful lack of customer service! I can’t cancel my contract because you can solve and refund the over payments you have taken from my bank account
-
Nickle Arse (@Brunts1980) reported from Lambeth, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I left @ThreeUK during contract for no charge. Keep pushing them, especially when they ask if your issue has been resolved. Keep saying no! Best move i ever made!
-
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England@colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.
-
Stephen Simpson FSUK (@forestschooling) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi. It’s been a month now and still no service. (As of 0810 30/1/23) At want point can I leave my contract as you seem unable to fix the problem. Please don’t tell me to call a number as I simply haven’t got time to explain the problem again.
-
Jonny Pearson (@jonny_pearson) reported from Lambeth, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s called sharp business practice. It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network. It wasn’t super easy and was a theft my valuable time!
-
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Hounslow, England@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.
-
Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandAbsolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that should’ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2
-
Benoit Berthe Siward (@TheSiward) reported from Lambeth, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did and it really didn’t help much: the connection for videos or apps that I am using was still very bad. I am paying a monthly fee to get unlimited internet with @ThreeUK , I have a full connection (4 Bars) and no internet. That’s a scam!
-
Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported from Spelthorne District, England@ThreeUK Another Saturday in Staines, TW18 with no signal and no explanation. Local store advises mast work but tech support know nothing. I have 2 personal phones, 1 business phone, and 3 data contracts and none of them work. Can I get an answer...
-
Chris von Eitzen (@digitaldownfall) reported from Merton, EnglandSo, @ThreeUK has been ‘testing’ eSIM support for more than two years and has yet to roll it out. Insane. Maybe sometime in 2142…
-
Matty (@Hempomatt) reported from Croydon, EnglandWould defo not recommend @ThreeUK Lucky to get signal in most places. They told me Croydon was good and I have 1 or 2 bars everywhere
-
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Hounslow, England@ispreview hey, so it looks like @ThreeUK have updated their codec for the voice calls, I think they are using Evs like EE? If you ring someone that is on Three, from any other network now, you get high quality calls! It’s great! :-)
-
Andy R Hessey (@arhessey) reported from Brentford, England@ThreeUK it’s only the second day of August and already we have a winner for the “Worst Customer Service Call” and “Agent who totally missed the point”. Can’t recall the last time I had such a bad experience!
-
Ian Moy (@Monkster1978) reported from Worcester Park, EnglandWell done @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK for not being able to deliver the emergency alert across your network. Nothing on my iPhone and others saying the same. #GoodJob
-

-
Chris Hampson (@chrishampson) reported from Richmond, England@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.
-
Carmen Williams (@CarmenW16954852) reported from Wandsworth, England@ThreeUK 3 Tree is being so rubbish every time I go out I don’t have network coverage. It’s a completely nightmare
-
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Hounslow, England@ThreeUKSupport Will do! When you put that postcode in on your website though, it still says you're fixing an issue in this area, so maybe your website needs to be updated?
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!
-
David Clarke (@DavidCl88428325) reportedThis has been a continual issue of network loss and instabillity in the bt54 area, why?, are other areas more important than rural coastal areas? Why are we being cut off continually? @ThreeUKSupport
-
Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?
-
John F (@JohnF74683580) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem in Coventry CV2 area as unable to call or receive calls, the whole network is down affecting my work
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
-
C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.
-
GIFTSpromo (@Gpromo_UK) reported@ThreeUK "Life Needs a Big Network" You're right, when exactly are you going to actually provide it?
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-

🎀Christine🎀 (@xChristine_Gx) reported@ThreeUKSupport I've received an email today saying you've passed my account to debt collectors, for a bill I've already paid, that isn't due until 8th June. I've tried using the online complaints form which isn't working. Where can I send my formal complaint?
