  • jadesharp1992
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported from Hounslow, England

@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

  • StreetCube
StreetCube (@StreetCube) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

  • Roses_Finds
Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, England

Absolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that should’ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2

  • astravolemova
    A. Stravolemova (@astravolemova) reported from Kensington, England

One of the worst decisions in my adult life is to sign up for @ThreeUK #broadband. Embarrassing service. Shame on you. Can't attach a 300k pdf document for over 30 mins now. #EpicFail. To everyone living @RBKC DO NOT buy #threemobile broadband. Life is too short. @ThreeUKSupport

  • snaprails
Don Constance (@snaprails) reported from Ealing, England

@ThreeUKSupport Of course I have. How else would your live chat person have been able to a: verify my security answer s & b: re-enable my login. I don't use your app, it's a pile of... well let's just say it wasn't a positive experience.

  • GEECAM
george campbell (@GEECAM) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUK if your call center staff in India fail to answer your question, simply hang up and blame a poor reception issue!

  • digitaldownfall
Chris von Eitzen (@digitaldownfall) reported from Merton, England

So, @ThreeUK has been ‘testing’ eSIM support for more than two years and has yet to roll it out. Insane. Maybe sometime in 2142…

  • PelhamB
PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have had enough of this. Please provide me details of how to make an official complaint to OFCOM about this .

  • Cigleris
Peter Cigleris (@Cigleris) reported from Wandsworth, England

@colla_voce @NatRaybould @ThreeUK Well that’s crap. Been with Three since the beginning and all was fine and dandy when I was in Hungary recently. I suppose once Vodaphone and EE did it would have been very hard not to follow suit.

  • miserablekings
Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@cokernutts @ThreeUKSupport Lol switch to 3G. Btw most modern iPhones don’t even allow that button to work any more. But you’d know that as a mobile network operator, right...

  • jasonford1988
Jason Ford (@jasonford1988) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

  • thekinaton
Jason Sensation (@thekinaton) reported from Wandsworth, England

I'm sure @ThreeUK and @PayPalUK use save customer service handbook. Same old excuses.

  • Sburrin7
Sam Burrin (@Sburrin7) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope 👎 I’ll be ringing again today to try cancel for the third time really disappointed with the customer service and 5G service

  • Lu_uke
Luke (@Lu_uke) reported from Merton, England

@ThreeUKSupport My phone is iPhone 11 Pro Max and my husband is the iPhone X max. Both of them with the same problem. Cmon, I’m regretting to made that contract with you guys!

  • chrishampson
Chris Hampson (@chrishampson) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel my SIM only contract within the cooling off period. Called Three and told can only it do in-store as contract taken out in store. All stores closed because of U.K. lockdown. How can I resolve pls?

  • Roses_Finds
Roses Finds (@Roses_Finds) reported from Wandsworth, England

Now I being told to wait another two days for a PUK code so no phone for 4 days! This is a shambles for a customer who has paid on time every time their over priced tariff!! @threeuk this is unacceptable! I’ve already put in a complaint with the ombudsman- absolute disgrace

  • andrelereveur
alittlePsYco (@andrelereveur) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUK it is absurd to pay for such an expensive service and still not having the proper return is unacceptable. I want to cancel my plan. I really do. Been having issues since NOVEMBER

  • s_0_u_l
Venkatesh Naidu (@s_0_u_l) reported from Hounslow, England

@ThreeUK do you have a complaints telephone number please? Your CS staff have been incredibly poor lately. I am not going call and waste another 30 minutes of my life talking to someone who doesn’t know what THEY are talking about. #three

  • bluemoonstar
🗺Nick (@bluemoonstar) reported from Hammersmith, England

  • wulfsagemakes
    wulfsage (@wulfsagemakes) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

  • ImmaStar26
    xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported

@ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?

  • abdel_2025
    A (@abdel_2025) reported

@ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London

  • SOAMER
    Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reported

@ThreeUK why do I get calls everyday from +44 20 3504 5286 just one of the numbers asking me about if I’m satisfies with your network?

  • rohittkumarr28
    Rohit Kumar (@rohittkumarr28) reported

@ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@bearded_courier) reported

And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

  • SoundWavePapi
    Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported

@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying £26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my £26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.

  • MasonIyons
    Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reported

so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

  • leo_phillips
    Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported

@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
