    Paid $64AUD for my sister & i to have data in UK/EU on holiday with @PrepaidMs we get @ThreeUK but the data doesn't work at all. Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, I ordered a home broadband router but it didn’t work so I cancelled it. I have been told by a customer service that it was received on the 15th day and the system automatically generated a £10 pound bill but I didnt need to pay it. I am receiving constant texts.

    @ThreeUKSupport No problem, thanks for the update. I'm a bit concerned about the 30 day money back guarantee, since I haven't had a chance to experience the 5g network yet. If the work takes longer to fix will I be able to have an extension? My order was placed on 10th April.

    @ThreeUKSupport Husband has cancelled new Three contract within 14 days cooling off. He keeps getting messages saying he will be charged to cancel. Can he go into a Three shop to speak to somebody rather than over the phone? Contract was set up on the phone.
