    @ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

    Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks ๐Ÿฆพ

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there. I cannot use any data on my phone when I am located at work in EC4M 7AW despite phone saying I have a reasonably good 4G signal. Seems to be fine elsewhere in London though.

    Iโ€™ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow โ€˜4Gโ€™. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

    @ThreeUKSupport I restart my phone about 15 times a day and the signal just keeps dropping. Itโ€™s awful

    Incredible. Iโ€™ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for nearly a decade and they have given me absolutely no reason to remain with this overpriced, poor service network. No incentives or customer loyalty.

    @ThreeUK you are literally the most incompetent mobile network. I returned a home signal box to you on Dec 18th, have provided proof of this TWICE by email and you have still sent me a bill for ยฃ75. This is the second time your Norwich centre have lost a returned signal box

    @efjaebe @ThreeUK EE customers have issues too. All networks have problems in dense areas where a lot of users are demanding higher levels of data than ever before.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport tried everything, turned roaming on and off on my phones settings, on your site, restarted device numerous times, still telling me I have no data left when logging into roaming network. Absolute shambles.

    @ThreeUKSupport It took four hours but repeated calls to your customer service and eventually complaints team finally got the resolution I needed. It took THREE members of customer service staff giving up on the problem to get there but it looks at least to be moving in the right direction.
