    @ThreeUK Another Saturday in Staines, TW18 with no signal and no explanation. Local store advises mast work but tech support know nothing. I have 2 personal phones, 1 business phone, and 3 data contracts and none of them work. Can I get an answer...

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a £35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesn’t make up for 2 years of intermittent service

    @ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

    Definitely changing from @ThreeUK when my contract ends. My 4G barely ever works on my bus to work despite having full signal. I complain to them and they’re like “oh you could upgrade early and maybe that will give you better service” like ???

    3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

    @three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, I’ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? I’m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I spoke to Sana on live chat who has checked all this for me and noted congestion at E10 7NE with improvements being made by 4/10. However I’ve gone almost 2 years with this issue and am not willing to pay any more money

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.

    I'm honestly astounded at how rubbish @ThreeUK customer service is. Has anyone else had issues with them? They're basically robbing me. Would genuinely never recommend them to anyone. You're better off with two cans and a piece of string.

    @velobetty @cycleoptic @ThreeUKSupport I have Three 5G home broadband. Their support amounts to: ‘please move your router’. When I get 300 Mbps for months on end, and then 0.2 Mbps one day. My router hasn’t moved overnight.

    @MuraliSurendran @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah ended up hrs on the phone trying to sort things and they did nothing to make-up for it or get me to stay. Tried escalate complaint or speak to someone more senior + basically said I couldn't. Literally a pit of madness trying to deal with them, gave up after all the stress.
