  @ThreeUK I need to speak to management over an expired plan & new plan deals. As a loyal customer of 10yrs I have been given a reduced rate last year of £5. This year I get no reduction for a 12mo plan despite the shabby network I've suffered this past year inc Twitter meltdown

  @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely abysmal service ordered an iPhone 12 pro on the 7th November.. promised delivery on the 9th December and now pushed back a week and no one has been in contact to make me aware of this.. absolute jokers
