    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    Great service at @OliverSweeney on Conduit Street today. Exchanged the shoes I bought that had been rubbing without question. Went out of their way to find me a pair at another store and bring them over for me me to pick up. Such a contrast to @ThreeUK

    For some stupid reason I switched back to @ThreeUK last year. God, why did I forget. It has to be the worst service of any network in the UK. Every single day I find my self trying to find the network, turning my phone on and off. Last week I even had to replace the SIM!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, 3G works fine if you switch off 4G first. It’s more that the signal doesn’t switch over from 4G to 3G correctly. It just stops working dead as you reach the station, booting you out of your phone call or data connection. It happened again just now.

    Have to say hats off to @EE worked remotely today. Mostly remote sessions in weird places today. Tethered to the iPad Pro on the way home to watch films. No issue at all. @ThreeUK on the second line couldn’t even sync email for most of it.

Did so, waited some days for a response. Then learned that they needed additional info (not mentioned), sent today.

Please let me know if the best path for resolution is to cancel my contract and find another provider.

    @SarahRedsky @rosesandbricks @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @pepperbackfish @BBCWatchdog @O2 do have a "charge to bill bar" which can be applied to Consumer accounts (not to business accounts) effective against #payforitscams. They don't normally refund victims and have same cavalier attitude as @ThreeUK. @EE are the only network to offer real protection.
