@jayajarvis @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have mobile data and a solution. Take the Sim Card out of the Sim Card 1 slot and put it in the second slot and it works. I've not been able to test it fully as I'm currently not in the best area for a signal but mobile data comes on everytime I turn off WiFi.

.@ThreeUK Well you just lost yourself a customer. Hiking up your 123 PAYG prices from 3p a minute to 10p a minute, 2p a text to 10p a text, and 1p per MB to 5p per MB means I will now be looking to switch. Thanks.
