Paid $64AUD for my sister & i to have data in UK/EU on holiday with @PrepaidMs we get @ThreeUK but the data doesn't work at all. Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

@ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

Sorry but @ThreeUK is becoming complete *** recently. I top up > no SMS confirmation, top up not completed after a day. I speak with customer service they are like 'maybe tech issues, sorry cant do anything'. What a joke, what happened to your service ? @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport The issue is that there is an unexplained "Internet used over your allowance" charge so the network will not allow her to make a call. I have Lasting Power of Attorney, so should be able to discuss this with someone directly.
