I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

Meanwhile because of poor internet reception to central #London (#kingscross, #embankment and my area #FinsburyPark) I am switching to a different provider at the end of this month when my contract expires so I can resolve this situation.

Result, I had to wipe every bit of data and app off my phone to try to fix it, when all they should have done is read their own notes and flip a switch.

Mark (@Stormin_) reported@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded, paid a free. Was sent the totally wrong things, and when questioned it was because you didn't have the right things in stock. I said cancel everything and made my own plan. You've still charged me the fee, and for the wrong things.
