Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

@ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

@MontyTweeet @ThreeUK Unlimited everything. £20 a month. Altho internet connection is so shit i have to switch 4g off every now and then to use it. And compared to virgin’s 4G. It’s sooooooooo much slower.

@Phonemast @ThreeUK Networks are finely tuned pieces of tech that work in harmony with each other and when something goes wrong in the core it has a knock on effect and if anything upsets the technology that powers such a vast beast, these kinda things happen. No network is fault proof.
