@kellymariekirk @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Happened to me 2 days ago When I spoke to 3 they said it was not them my address got changed as well took 2 hours to get through to them to stop the account now waiting for a new sim after 15 years am so upset with the service and time it took

Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that, doesn't work. Didn't expect it to, because this is not an overuse problem. Greyhound lane has been like this for years. It is obviously a weak/faulty signal. The local transmitter needs repairing/boosting. Please get it sorted. Thank you.

@8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

Three weeks now I’ve been trying to get my proof of usage and blacklisting from @ThreeUK for my stolen phone. Call every other day and they say “you’ll have it tomorrow”…never arrives. Just straight up being lied to - they’ve been an absolutely living nightmare to deal with 😡

@ThreeUKSupport It goes from normal to very slow (less than 1Mbps). Watching a video can be very difficult. Please, the most annoying thing is the notice stays exactly the same with NO update as it states. The only update is the date and time.
