    @ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t. I’ve been to the store multiple times but am always told the manager is the only one that can cancel my account, but he hasn’t been working. Ridiculous service.

    @ThreeUK In London when it's on 5G, my hotspot won't work. It connects but no signal. Back in 4G it works fine. Any advice?

    So the @ThreeUKSupport network is down in Hammersmith and my employer insists on 2FA via SMS for me to access the corporate network. Guess it's an early finish for me..!

    3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

    @JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...

    One of the worst decisions in my adult life is to sign up for @ThreeUK #broadband. Embarrassing service. Shame on you. Can't attach a 300k pdf document for over 30 mins now. #EpicFail. To everyone living @RBKC DO NOT buy #threemobile broadband. Life is too short. @ThreeUKSupport

    Right on time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the usual daily turn off of data services. It’s like clockwork. You’re a absolute joke of a company. Can no longer even provide the 0.65mbs service! Suppose turning it completely off makes no difference.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...     @ThreeUKSupport i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 trasactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

    I cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!
