    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.

    @ThreeUK can you please kindly let me know , why I’ve not been able to pick up a replacement SIM card in person @ three store. I wen to the store in Bayswater — and the customer service agent that I spoke to Agnes & Jelani told me their hands are tied.

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.
