@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@SuperSaf @ThreeUK Different story in Woking, Surrey No 5G and 4G+ data speeds of about 4 Meg very poor quality too constantly cutting out. 😢

@ThreeUKSupport hi I have so issues with voicemail and on o2 and we I had visual voicemail where I could delete messages simply however I don’t seem to be able to find how to set this up on your network. Please advise.

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

@ThreeUKSupport It’s ok. I’ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & I’ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you don’t......

Decided to leave @ThreeUK and join @VodafoneUK for 4 reasons: 1. Bad signal at home & no plans to improve 2. Three’s unlimited data/mins were good value - but literally no point with bad signal 3. Three’s free roaming excludes Turkey 4. Unimpressive 5G coverage

@ThreeUKSupport They initially told me its with the back end team and I'd have it yesterday. A guy told me this morning I'd have it by 11am, and then this afternoon (on the chat) I was told another 24 hours. No issue with it. Just laziness apparently.

Once upon a time I signed up for a 30 day rolling sim only contract- I go to cancel as I no longer need a second sim and BOOM I can’t cancel as suddenly I have to pay over £300?!! (Not an outstanding bill) @ThreeUK Thanks for nothing!!

@ThreeUKSupport I received absolutely no notification to suggest anything had changed on my account. Do I have to log on to cancel my contract everyday just to ‘manage’ my account? I have the Three app so I monitor my bills; at no point did it say anywhere I had been entered into a 24m contract!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply Kirsty. I don't see that text. I also have not been able to return to the UK because the UK entered Tier 5 with strict border restrictions, but I am assured my flight day after tomorrow will be operating. I need a phone to get home, for my safety. Help!
