@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

@ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@ThreeUK Awful service from Three UK. Ordered 24mth contract home broadband ystday. DPD deliver - no SIM CustServcs can only send replacement by Royal Mail, just before RM strike, will arrive too late for me going away. Rubbish service, so cancelling before I even get started.

@ThreeUK my connection has been switched off. No explanation. No arrears on account. People in shop can’t help. Apparently the team overseas that could help knocks off at midday UK time. Not much use. It’s now preventing me from accessing banking etc. anything you can do to help?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi-- we arrived in the US last night and my Dad's phone still hasn't activated Roaming? He has no service or even phone signal to get a code try to log into his Three app to check why. Roaming is all set up in his settings so should be working. Can you help?

@ThreeUKSupport My brother has the same device and his is working totally fine. Mine comes up with an exclamation mark next to the 4G and doesn't work. I am going to be quite dependent on mobile internet for this trip so it's quite an issue if I can't get it 😟

I called @ThreeUK for a phone.I didn’t like the offer, and hangup without ordering. After a while a scammer called claiming from Three, and offering a phone. It’s not the first time as three customer facing this. Is Three really complying with Data policy? #dataSecurity #ThreeUk
