@ThreeUKSupport Your service in my area has been this lousy since July. I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone

@ThreeUK this will be the third time I'm ringing and if another agent tells me one more time that they can't hear me because of your network, I will cancel all 4 of my direct debits, yes that's 4 mobile contracts tomorrow morning.

@BNogood @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @GadgetsBoy Lucky you. I’ve been with them about 14 years. Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.

I swear if I was left in the middle of nowhere with @threeUK on my phone , I’m defo dying within hours , I’m paying for **** all, imagining me ringing up and them telling me there’s no coverage in my area, so wtffff am I paying for then, f****** jokers.

@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

@ThreeUKSupport I did have a long and exhaustive chat...it got me nowhere except to put up my blood pressure. To be quite honest, your service has got worse in our locality over the twelve years we’ve lived there. One might hope it would have improved. Now it’s failed altogether.

Breaking news: we have found a new contender for the UKs worse company and that is @XiaomiUK (@Xiaomi) who's lack of customer aftersales is worse than @ThreeUK . According to the help desk is normal for batteries to bloat, and despite them offering a 2 year warranty, they don't.

@ThreeUKSupport Yep was put through to someone on the second tier network team. Said my local mast was congested so the mobile internet was slow at busy periods. Told me to put my phone in 3G only mode to alleviate. Said no plans to upgrade mast so would be 3mths min. No discount offered

@ThreeUKSupport Two days ago I was told an engineer would call me as soon as they knew why there was no 4G coverage in Peterborough, this was after being told to change to 3G for 40 minutes, something that made the situation worse, support isn't very supportive
