Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

I have been in touch with my service providers @iD_Mobile_UK but they are blaming Three network. I refuse to believe that this is infrastructure issues, it's been far too long without being resolved.
