@ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

@ThreeUK why does my phone signal randomly just cut out and stop working. I always have to put it into airplane mode then turn that off for things to work normally again 😑

@ThreeUK decided to get a contract with you last week, what a mistake. Receiving multiple SIM cards in someone else’s name. Not yet received new phone. When I call for help after 28 mins I get told they can’t help because they have the wrong date of birth

How can @ThreeUKSupport take £188.98 from my account, only for their customer advisor to later tell me they cancelled my delivery without my consent. Smells like a fraudulent company to me.

@ThreeUKSupport BN271QN Home broadband is your current Huawei box and I'm using a P30 pro. This has happened twice in the last week. Software reboot of the router does not fix. If in power it off and unplug for a time this seems to work and bring speed back up. So perhaps not a network issue?

@ThreeUKSupport That’s okay, I’d have preferred to go through you direct that’s all. Had a lot of issues with your customer service team and been misled by them promising to deliver the handset after explaining the problem with the third party, felt like they told me what I wanted to hear
