@ThreeUKSupport I want to update my address to my correct address. I'm not receiving any text messages with my new password. I even agreed to do a survey and that text didn't come through either. I want to update my address so I can get technical help so resolve my issues but can't!

The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

@ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

@ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

@ThreeUK Generally pleased with Three and it's usually the cheapest for my needs. Thankfully things don't go wrong very often because when they do customer support is wall-to-wall awful.

@ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

@ThreeUKSupport hello. I can’t seem to get any support from the website or the phone help desk either. My contract was up for renewal and in 2017 and you have been charging me £60 a month for 2gb data and unlimited calls which I see I can now get for £11 a month.
