    @ThreeUKSupport It was nothing major, was going to enquire about a 2nd backup payg sim. I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t see any advanced connectivity or clear voice connection. Move around within the residence to get the Extra Network Bar.

    @ThreeUKSupport saying I need to pay a early exit fee to go from a 12 month sim only to a 24month contract. £98! Surely you can see the benefit of not charging anthing and locking a long term customer in for 24months.

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    @ThreeUK Generally pleased with Three and it's usually the cheapest for my needs. Thankfully things don't go wrong very often because when they do customer support is wall-to-wall awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi Team. I spoke to Customer Service on 21st March and was told a refund of £260 was being processed for me. It’s not in my bank account yet, please advise when I can expect cleared funds

    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to update my address to my correct address. I'm not receiving any text messages with my new password. I even agreed to do a survey and that text didn't come through either. I want to update my address so I can get technical help so resolve my issues but can't!

    Do not get broadband with @ThreeUK! They think it’s acceptable to not deliver what they promised but for me to pay and be out of pocket. Won’t even reimburse me for it. Worst service I have EVER encounter. I will take them to court, breach of contract! @ThreeUKSupport

    Considering the @ThreeUK 5G hub but not 100% sure if it'll be suitable (looks like higher ping for gaming and some sort of issue with CGNAT that I don't understand). But it's faster (100+ vs 49) and cheaper than we have now 🤔 Anyone have any thoughts?

    @ThreeUKSupport I left my contract because I had no service in my area due to a long-term issue and moved to another network so can’t ring 333. I was told I could leave free of charge because of this which I have screenshots of and I’ve now received a bill in the post?!

    @ThreeUK upgraded my daughters contract today to the same deal I wanted last Thursday but was told NO, the deal not available to me. How crap is that. We are all with 3 as a family. No LOYALTY. Absolutely shocking and INCOMPETENT customer service. Not willing to help at all!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport It says you don’t have 5G in DN20 on your coverage checker but I always get 5G when in this postcode? How come? Also any plans to roll out 5G broadband here as my 4G broadband I have with you here is slow.

    @ThreeUKSupport Following on from the above, there is still no 4G in our area. My daughters phone (also in my name) doesnt have a 3G option so has no mobile data once out of out Wi-Fi range. I’ve registered a complaint, can you look into why this is still a problem after 10 days?
