Iโve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of ยฃ400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.
