@ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9. Sorry to be rude, but you’re *************** now

@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

@ThreeUKSupport It's the same Three sim, the port was completed and still has the temporary mobile number registered as the number and not the new one. I didn't receive a new sim from Three which already had the new/ported number programmed on it. I'll get the info for you as it will help.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, many users have this issue. It's due to the old number being hardcoded and not writable. everything I've reported my card stolen it fixes but if I order a replacement for other reasons it doesnt work/fix issue. I've done this many of times. ThreePay also doesn't work.

@ThreeUKSupport I've done this time and time again, and when I've ported numbers to Three. The only way to fix is by cancelling the sim and reissuing another, also the sim card cannot be a replacement, it has to be reported stolen to fully update the new sim. (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport My contract ended nearly two months ago and was moved to PAYG and my last contact with support on Saturday said whatever stalled in the backend would be resolved for my PAC to come through. I’ll be calling support shortly as I’ve spoken multiple times since May to sort this.

@ThreeUK ☐ Appalling customer service. I have sent 5 emails to Customer Service Advisors and to the Customer Services Manager (to ask a very basic question) who still hasnt had the manners to reply. I have filled out complaint forms and recieved no response. This is not okay
