@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

@ThreeUK we’ve had poor internet for over a week. When we ring up workers waste time checking our mobile and broadband settings even though we already know there are repairs. We deserve honest answers and proper timeframes for repairs. Web updates during repairs are useless.
