    Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport hello. I can’t seem to get any support from the website or the phone help desk either. My contract was up for renewal and in 2017 and you have been charging me £60 a month for 2gb data and unlimited calls which I see I can now get for £11 a month.

    @AnneHBuckland @ThreeUK Totally agree. The customer service is the reason I’m leaving @ThreeUK. Had business and personal phones with them for years but am cancelling them all due to how bad the customer service has been #threemobile #three #threeuk

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t see any advanced connectivity or clear voice connection. Move around within the residence to get the Extra Network Bar.

    @ThreeUK Generally pleased with Three and it's usually the cheapest for my needs. Thankfully things don't go wrong very often because when they do customer support is wall-to-wall awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport any reason why my mobile data sucks at the minute? I had 4 bars 4G in the middle of Birmingham and I couldn’t load a thing. Also having the same issue of slow loading times on 4G and 5G in less populated areas

    @ThreeUKSupport I had problems in Barbados, Canada and others on 3 before. We are in Washington DC. I will have to call later. This is not acceptable and a waste of my time. I appreciate your efforts but we have gotten nowhere. I will terminate my contract with 3 and move elsewhere.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, we got a contract I was happy with in the end (at least as far as I know, I've lost some trust here) Just not sure if this was all genuine errors as there seemed to be quite a few

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Support. You have issues with no network coverage in the Faringdon (SN7) area currently. I can confirm this is with 3 separate mobiles. Yes they have been restarted.

    @ThreeUKSupport download speed has been at 5mb in SE13 for a week now. Support staff couldn't find a problem and website says no faults in area. If this isn't sorted very soon I will be cancelling contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Having had a look, I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon. I’d have to pay (ironically) three times as much, to get similar service and bundle as I have now with EE. Perhaps it’s better to just suffer an iffy network. But thanks.
