    @ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

    @ThreeUKSupport please someone help me three is the worst company!! My phone has been cut off for three day’s. I’ve not been able to make any calls, chat services if off constantly having technical issues and no customer telephone service. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi Team. I spoke to Customer Service on 21st March and was told a refund of Β£260 was being processed for me. It’s not in my bank account yet, please advise when I can expect cleared funds

    @ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of Β£400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer service live chat, who told me to call the Protection Team, but the number they gave me didn’t work. So i called customer services, who said they’d call me back within a few hours on Tuesday, but never did. Yesterday I didnt receive a call and was at work so couldnt call

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport when will youbget the home broadband issue fixed? Power it all down turn it on stays connected for a minute then all devices say no internet connection. This is the second day now!!

    @ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.
