    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, because that will magically sort out the issue, no thanks. I’ve already made 3 so far, and none have been solved. I’ll be reversing the upgrade i made. I don’t want to be charged for something i don’t have physically in my hands, and only be told of delays after 3 complains

    Can anyone recommend their mobile network? Been loyal to @ThreeUK for over 10 years (never used another network) but I haven’t had data coverage for weeks now and I’m paying for unlimited so it’s a bit ridiculous. Not worried about handsets, I buy them up front

    @ThreeUKSupport I talked to an adviser at three back then explaining that and he assured me that it was sorted and that I had the upgrade and the other new contract was cancelled but apparently I was lied to because that never happened and I am still paying for that contract which I never used
