@ThreeUK let down by your customer services. I returned a phone that was sent to me in error, after 10 days they claim it hasn’t arrived. Your rep said I would incur all costs and be referred to bailiffs. I found my proof of postage but the next upgrade won’t be with 3 for sure.

Ordered my new phone on the 8th December and still not got it @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your service is shocking. Have been with you around 10 years but my next contract will certainly be with another company!!!
