@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUK I have now had four conversations, been promised 2 callbacks and still no further forward with complaint. Promised headphones when upgraded and now offering partial refund or cancelling contract. #terribleservice

@ThreeUKSupport @sachinm94595341 The network support checker is broken, it always reports the current date as the fix date.
@pjpbarnes @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport You'll get nowhere with @ThreeUKSupport, they'll tell you there's no issues showing or it's congestion. Second line support is even worse. They'll run diagnostics and tell you they can't find a reason for your poor speeds and to reboot the phone.

@ThreeUK 4th day now with unusable 4G service. Technical says my equipment at fault. But why does it work 3am
