Paul Blanchard (@paulwrblanchard) reported from Cranfield, England@ThreeUKSupport hello. I can’t seem to get any support from the website or the phone help desk either. My contract was up for renewal and in 2017 and you have been charging me £60 a month for 2gb data and unlimited calls which I see I can now get for £11 a month.
-
Jamoooooo (@VendingJames) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport you really know how to cheese off your existing customers, I’m paying £30 for 100GB Home-Fi yet you offer unlimited data Home-Fi for £22. Really doesn’t make me what to renew in July when you treat loyal customers like this. 👎
-
Edward Lui (@edwardlui) reported from Milton Keynes, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had no issues with their data.
-
Michael Dono (@mediocrebahn) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I previously raised the issue with the social media team (hopefully A00017372409-00051745208 helps!). -
Paul (@PAULDREWERY) reported from Bedford, EnglandJust wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
χΔΝĿΔΜ (@xanlam) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.
-
Victoria (@VictoriaJersova) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport As per my conversation with Three today I have little faith that this is going to be handled properly. They said they would get back to me in few days after they had spoken so someone. I’m sorry Three but it’s been a nightmare service since the start and I would not recommend it.
-
Mr Smith (@Gospodin_Smith) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi Team. I spoke to Customer Service on 21st March and was told a refund of £260 was being processed for me. It’s not in my bank account yet, please advise when I can expect cleared funds

Craig🧨 (@DiamondHatter) reported from Bedford, England@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!
-
Victoria (@VictoriaJersova) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!
-

Kingdom Zebedee ☭ (@kingdomzebedee) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9. Sorry to be rude, but you’re *************** now
