@ThreeUKSupport hello. I can’t seem to get any support from the website or the phone help desk either. My contract was up for renewal and in 2017 and you have been charging me £60 a month for 2gb data and unlimited calls which I see I can now get for £11 a month.

  • xanlam
χΔΝĿΔΜ (@xanlam) reported from Wellingborough, England

@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

  • TheRealMrAdams
Ben Adams (@TheRealMrAdams) reported from Brampton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep. Your customer relations team are investigating currently. I've got my money back but Three are still trying to get my number back 🙄

  • VictoriaJersova
Victoria (@VictoriaJersova) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@ThreeUKSupport As per my conversation with Three today I have little faith that this is going to be handled properly. They said they would get back to me in few days after they had spoken so someone. I’m sorry Three but it’s been a nightmare service since the start and I would not recommend it.

  • tinashee
tmb (@tinashee) reported from Milton Keynes, England

I wonder how many pissed off customers will leave @ThreeUK after their servers are back online. Its ridiculous how they have given their team a script to promise that the technical issues will be fixed in a couple of hrs.,its been a week of the same sh*t. #threenetwork #dobetter

  • kingdomzebedee
Kingdom Zebedee ☭ (@kingdomzebedee) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9. Sorry to be rude, but you’re *************** now

  • johnd090157
johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, England

I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

  • vodkaman67
andy anderson (@vodkaman67) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@ThreeUK what speeds does your home broadband get thinking of changing supplier (getting poor service and quality but tied in for 6 months )

  • taylorlouie5
Louie (@taylorlouie5) reported from Flitwick, England

@ThreeUK why is your service and 4G so bad I’m paying £48 a month for this shite

  • mediocrebahn
Michael Dono (@mediocrebahn) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I previously raised the issue with the social media team (hopefully A00017372409-00051745208 helps!). I submitted the PAC code when getting the contract, a colleague said they were getting an error porting it but I never heard back from them.

  • CraigHawker
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.

  • aneartohearhlb
Hannah Brown (@aneartohearhlb) reported from Langford, England

If anyone is wondering who is the worst phone company for #CustomerService just head to @ThreeUK Absolutely disgusting, that’s if you can get through.

  • Jazeem
Jazeem (@Jazeem) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t see any advanced connectivity or clear voice connection. Move around within the residence to get the Extra Network Bar.

  • CraigHawker
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

"I know you don't want insurance, so we'll give you 30 days free and it'll auto-cancel before renewal". I should have known that was going to go wrong. After two separate calls to @ThreeUK I think I am now getting a refund. Hopefully an accident rather than shady practice. 😕

  • cadhalgh
JJCG (@cadhalgh) reported from Ampthill, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what is going in in MK452, we have been without meaningful signal since the weekend. A double whammy when you rely on the network for mobile phones and broadband! Please can I get an update as your website offers k timescale.

  • rdgmartin
David Martin 💙 (@rdgmartin) reported from Milton Keynes, England

Not sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore

  • VictoriaJersova
Victoria (@VictoriaJersova) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

  • Caleb_Parker
𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐛 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 🚀 (@Caleb_Parker) reported from Milton Keynes, England

📵 2022 Another year of being amazed at how bad mobile phone reception is when traveling across the UK on rail 🚂 I’m all for HS2, but how about HS-@ThreeUK ?

  • CraigHawker
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@ThreeUKSupport Only to cancel the insurance and to request the refund. As far as I can tell there's not much point in ruining one of your call centre staff's nights.

  • PAULDREWERY
Paul (@PAULDREWERY) reported from Bedford, England

Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • GregQuinnAodhan

One day @ThreeUK will provide a decent service in Aberdeenshire. Instead they focus on getting their call centres to call me and try to sell stuff when I keep telling them not to call me. #rubbishmobile

@ThreeUK Hi can you help with a three plus question? I downloaded a voucher code for a £1 cafe Nero...the app says I've already downloaded it but when I go to my codes to find the qr code it says I've got no codes. Thanks

  • DebHiton
    Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported

@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
