  • snapperdavid46 David Harrison (@snapperdavid46) reported from Northamptonshire, England

A victim of @ThreeUK today. ‘No Service’ displayed; No ‘WiFi Calling’. Not a heavy user, only £10:00 per month BUT did miss a fairly important call this evening!😡

  • fabsilvestre92 Fabio (@fabsilvestre92) reported from Bedford, England

Not to be horrible but I feel like I have dial up broadband on this phone @ThreeUK

  • Roy_Long Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.

  • _JamesN James (@_JamesN) reported from Bedford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah it’s back to normal now.. it was how you dealt with my request for help that was the issue

  • DeeksSteve Steve Deeks (@DeeksSteve) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK Hi 3, the screen matrix is numb on my X max, I’m having a terrible customer experience trying to get service, the most inept ‘customer service’ Indian call centre I’ve ever experienced. I loathe being one of your ‘customers’, I regret it deeply. I’m 2hrs in, no further

  • macksonwakama Mackson Wakama (@macksonwakama) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK Hello, I have been attempting to cancel my Monthly Boost 6GB add-on for a while but it still shows, and I'm still charged

  • Pau1Mc Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope! Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.

  • atlantean526 David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..

  • johnd090157 johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, England

I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

  • DiLatchford Di Latchford (@DiLatchford) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Shame on you @BBCBreakfast openly mocking Threes suggestion to turn a phone on and off. Told my colleague to do this yesterday and guess what, she reconnected to the network. It's not as stupid as you might think. @ThreeUK

  • rich001966 richard edwards (@rich001966) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK what’s happening with the network in Northampton no service all day.

  • vickiearl_earl Victoria Earl (@vickiearl_earl) reported from Grange Park, England

@ThreeUK you are without doubt, appalling!!! I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and understanding! Somehow I have been signed up to a contract I don’t want, I contacted you to cancel an upgrade and the left hand has no idea what the right is doing

  • quincy11k #Bs👨🏾‍💻 (@quincy11k) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK This shit is pissing me off uno I just wanna use my phone, I better get unlimited data for a whole month since u lot are wasting my whole day..

  • PAULDREWERY Paul (@PAULDREWERY) reported from Bedford, England

Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • Roy_Long Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

A question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.

  • Pau1Mc Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England

The @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

  • johnd090157 johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, England

So after 2 hours trying to contact @ThreeUKSupport I am told can’t cancel contract and call back in a few weeks. Appreciate current difficulties but you are well prepared to sell me one. Why do I have keep paying past contract end date. Will I get a refund.

  • spenny0417 Paul Spencer (@spenny0417) reported from Desborough, England

@ThreeUKSupport joined you yesterday and had no phone service internet not a good start to a 24 month contact what’s happening your chat isn’t working either

  • Roy_Long Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).

  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@ThreeUKSupport Only to cancel the insurance and to request the refund. As far as I can tell there's not much point in ruining one of your call centre staff's nights.

Well goodbye @ThreeUK, you've lost another customer due to your stupid changes and charges. #Hello @O2 #LetsMakeThisWork

  • no_shant Aleks (@no_shant) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott, all calls are through the +44 prefix and roaming is on and works fine otherwise (we can text and use data). Receiving calls is the issue, which may be a huge problem since we're both at work here and need to be reachable and contact each other.

  • AliSwanLon Alison Smith (@AliSwanLon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3DK been here 2 weeks and I have just see on another thread it’s a know issue ?

  • CharlesRoskilly Charles Roskilly (@CharlesRoskilly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three, I've moved to a different network but just received a letter from Three saying my account is in credit. Will the money be returned to me automatically?

  • mickbarnett6 mick barnett (@mickbarnett6) reported

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK That bad. Have you lost all your numbers 😡

  • Kyylock Mr Hall on Bandcamp (@Kyylock) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I tried using my new phone IMEI as the promo code but obviously that wasn't going to work as its classed as a new order made after 31st March. Been with you guys years and feels **** that I lose out through no fault of my own.

  • Maid_Chan13 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Aria Bunny🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #ENVtuber (@Maid_Chan13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport when I call anyone I'm cutting in out and going robotic and its only me no one else is having this issue.

  • rahma19308974 rahma (@rahma19308974) reported

@ThreeUK Disgusting network and absolute robbers. Making customers pay for data they haven’t used and refuse to refund or compensate. DO NOT JOIN THIS NETWORK! I’m ashamed to have even put a penny in this companies pocket!

  • DeniseMcWX Denise McEneaney 💙 (@DeniseMcWX) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @AliSwanLon Exact problem here is Spain. I can make calls and receive texts but can't receive calls. Three to Three calls are obviously affected. Your live chat team unaware of the problem- might be worth letting them know.

  • KFreidl Kayleigh Freidl Photography (@KFreidl) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, so if I've been a sim only customer for the last 3/4 years, I won't be charged any roaming fees, once you re-introduce them next month?? Asking because I am 'abroad' daily for work, and I'll need to look for a new network if I'll be charged for roaming. Thanks
