3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Kettering, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Kettering and nearby locations:

  • ashpole ashpole (@ashpole) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

  • bitemespices BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Sadly no one called to resolve the issues despite assurances we would be called back yesterday. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • Pau1Mc Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope! Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.

  • bitemespices BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Still no response @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It appears that your support/ customer service is as poor as your broadband service. Currently non-existent.

  • macksonwakama Mackson Wakama (@macksonwakama) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK Hello, I have been attempting to cancel my Monthly Boost 6GB add-on for a while but it still shows, and I'm still charged

  • troozers Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • leoniepujol Leonie Pujol (@leoniepujol) reported from Oundle, England

@ThreeUKSupport That doesn’t help me at all. I’ve looked at my account and can’t find the information. Hence why I’m contacting you. Where do I need to look to find the breakdown of this months bill please?

  • JF111 jeff archer (@JF111) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK any chance you can sort the service in Northampton out paying for the last 2 months & all but no coverage a text mess to tell it’s going to be **** does not help

  • WordsFromAPen WordsFromAPen (@WordsFromAPen) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

  • Summerrr_x 💜 (@Summerrr_x) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK please fix your internet coverage and complaints department both are useless 👍🏼

  • Pau1Mc Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England

The @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

  • bitemespices BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport So I thought I might get somewhere today but no help. Sadly @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are closed now. Trying again tomorrow.

  • bltbuttie Gillian Butterworth (@bltbuttie) reported from Rushden, England

@ThreeUKSupport we have been having connection issues with both our mobile Broadband and 4 g on phones so no WiFi and I’ve used most of my data on the 4 mobile phones we have in the house! What is going on with your service I’m still paying for ?

  • bitemespices BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I was told it was with 'the appropriate team' who would be reminded there was still an issue.

  • bitemespices BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've got through to the phone line as we are still having problems. Expecting a callback today. We've done several full restarts but the hub is not working. Phone signal is great even 4g Thanks.

  • johnd090157 johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, England

So after 2 hours trying to contact @ThreeUKSupport I am told can’t cancel contract and call back in a few weeks. Appreciate current difficulties but you are well prepared to sell me one. Why do I have keep paying past contract end date. Will I get a refund.

  • johnd090157 johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, England

I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

  • atlantean526 David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..

  • bitemespices BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Any update? @ThreeUKSupport Still no broadband through the huawei hub but 4g on my phone signal. Several weeks on intermittant service and now nothing for 3 days. #threedown #customerservice #help

  • DeeksSteve Steve Deeks (@DeeksSteve) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK Hi 3, the screen matrix is numb on my X max, I’m having a terrible customer experience trying to get service, the most inept ‘customer service’ Indian call centre I’ve ever experienced. I loathe being one of your ‘customers’, I regret it deeply. I’m 2hrs in, no further

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK LTE repeaters are available on the market. At the end of the day, it probably isn't a significant concern for the festival provider, and the service providers are left looking crap because the local Mast can only handle n devices. Those with weaker signals are sacrificed.

  • A138967 Mark (@A138967) reported

Congratulations to @ThreeUK for having the worst website in the entire world. Just trying to pay my bill, fill in all my bank details and as I press confirm it just logs me out of the system. Congratulations, roll on my new contract with @VodafoneUK

  • TapiwaM25801854 Tapiwa Moyo (@TapiwaM25801854) reported

@ThreeUK probably the worst customer service I have experienced to date. It has taken me 4 months to resolve an issue with no solution what so ever. Roll on 2023 when I cab find a new provider.4 more months

  • GaryHoldforth Gary Holdforth (@GaryHoldforth) reported

@ThreeUK rang your support team at 9am this morning, got passed to sales, then customer services at 9.30am. All because I needed 3 to sort out my daughters phone as she had just arrived in France with no data and no coverage. It’s 7.30pm, still nothing. What a company! Shocking!

  • TapiwaM25801854 Tapiwa Moyo (@TapiwaM25801854) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have made sure my direct debit is working for 28th August and I haven't cancelled as suggested by customer service. I am paying the full amount for the missed months. Then I will pay for the months left in my contract the month after.

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK Hmm. I don't work in those areas frequently b but i work a across the UK and signal is fine. Maybe my expectations are just lower because i understand his difficult it is to get signal anywhere. Any dense building will kill signal. That might be offset by localised mods.

  • Sideshow_Matt SideshowMatt 🇪🇺🔶️💙🇺🇦 #GTTO (@Sideshow_Matt) reported

Seriously @ThreeUK. How can you be so rubbish? I struggle for data signal at *SO MANY* places; a busy station, town centre, not even basic 3G for miles at a time while on a train. I'm out of contract soon. Time to go with a network that actually provides, y'know, a service! 😠

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK So poor range, worsening penetration, more infrastructure, less node points, higher traffic, oh and did i mention interference from every wi-fi in the country, a completely deregulated sector of licencing. Welcome to modern mobile telecoms. Good luck.

  • ziadhaitham01 Ziad (@ziadhaitham01) reported

    @CFCDaily @ThreeUK Horrible *

  • LeavingPlanet What's left (of the planet) (@LeavingPlanet) reported

@Sideshow_Matt @ThreeUK I work in radio. In general terms the higher the frequency (1gig, 2.4g, 3g, LTE, 4g, 5g) what you gain in data you lose in range. Worse, you'll often suffer more absorption issues (buildings, high density materials, even people) impacting signal quality.
