    @ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).

    A question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.

    "I know you don't want insurance, so we'll give you 30 days free and it'll auto-cancel before renewal". I should have known that was going to go wrong. After two separate calls to @ThreeUK I think I am now getting a refund. Hopefully an accident rather than shady practice. 😕

    @virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

    @donmcallister @ThreeUK Switched from @ThreeUK a year ago, couldn’t justify the higher costs with the poor coverage. Not had good experiences with Vodaphone but EEs coverage and speeds are great.

    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't know the postcodes, it central London! Oxford Circus, carnaby st, seven dials, covent garden all these areas I had ZERO reception, not just data RECEPTION. I'm also done going back & forth with 3 about this. 3 have been avoiding the fact that there is an issue for 2mths

    @garethpn @ThreeUKSupport and still waiting. It's concerning to get security updates over a month later than other networks. Is it not up to the manufacturer to test their updates, given that you can't actually fix them anyway and are simply our chosen call carrier
