    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

    @ThreeUK Very surprised Three want to force Deaf customer use their voice or can't get sim card. Not allowed to use BSL Interpreter to voice over. This is discrimination! Three must improve their access for Deaf customer. Staff from Three said to following policy.

    @ThreeUK Don’t use this company. Shocking service that keeps dropping ( a minimum of 2-300 times a month ) Indian call centres and zero customer service. You’ll get just as good service putting your cash in the bin !!

    @ThreeUK No-one can ever hear me. Calls fail all the time. I have 4 contracts with you and each person has issues. Being on 3 makes work way more difficult given I have to use Wifi & WhatsApp all the time. All in all @ThreeUK used to be great but now I may as well throw my sim in the bin

    Ok after a great few years with @ThreeUK, the internet as become completely unusable in too many places. Looking at @O2 now, if you’re with them, how’s your signal?

    @ThreeUK @C4Gogglebox When I left three, it was one of only a few times, I've knowingly paid more money to move to a competitor. Massive oversubscription due to cheap deals, means you struggle to access their network in busy areas.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK No signal at all today. 6 wks if barely any signal. This is on 3 different phones within one property. You have supposedly been doing work ?but for 6 wks ??? What on earth are you doing .
