@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

So after 2 hours trying to contact @ThreeUKSupport I am told can’t cancel contract and call back in a few weeks. Appreciate current difficulties but you are well prepared to sell me one. Why do I have keep paying past contract end date. Will I get a refund.

@ThreeUKSupport It turns out my friend had asked the laptop to upload all my documents onto One Drive and with the Window updates, the internet width was extremely low...so not a Three issue. I apologise.

@ThreeUK You should not advertise, your network is rubbish and your customer service is even worse!I had to call two times and chat for 2 hours to report a network issue in the area,to hear that if I want to leave few months before my contract ends I should pay. This is ridiculous!

@ThreeUKSupport It's a complete nightmare!! I did speak to someone via that link and was advised that as the issue was logged in store there was nothing else to do until complaint was resolved. I emailed to the "proofs" address and was advised by a member from complaints I would receive a reply

@ThreeUKSupport Tried it numerous time: Press 1 Press 2 Press 3 Press 4 Press 5 Press 6 None of them give me the option to cancel my insurance add-on or maybe you could tell me which one it is, I've been the three shop, done the web chat, online, phone, no luck with any.

@ThreeUKSupport Can you confirm if there are any connectivity issues in the ZE2 area please? Online chat weren’t really clear on the matter, my 4g has gone and the online status says no issues. Started last night around midnight.

@ThreeUK Why is it that when I go to Turkey, I get full 4G signal all the time but here in the UK, I only get 2 bars max out of 4?! Doesn't seem right to me
