@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

@ThreeUK I hope you are ready to have a surplus stock of OnePlus phones... They just pushed out an update which make the 6/6t (only three years old) pretty much unusable and don't seem to even want to acknowledge it's a problem. I wouldn't suggest buying from them again!

Don't normally do this but @ThreeUK has let me down. People have been unable to ring or text me on the SIM provided through its Smarty brand for over a week. Passed from pillar to post by its customer service people - nobody takes ownership & no end in sight.

@ThreeUKSupport 1/2 After 2 weeks trying to recover our numbers, many hours on the phone to customer services and a blatant lie once that new sims were in the post, we got reconnected to our 'lost' number. I get home today to a confirmation of my our 2 year contracts? We didn't consent to this!
