    I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

    @ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    So after 2 hours trying to contact @ThreeUKSupport I am told can’t cancel contract and call back in a few weeks. Appreciate current difficulties but you are well prepared to sell me one. Why do I have keep paying past contract end date. Will I get a refund.

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport really getting to the end of my tether with appaling coverage. Most of the time the Internet does not work or is incredibly slow. We don't all stay at home on our WiFi! Perhaps time for a change. #complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport I have mentioned it when I spoke to someone over chat last Tuesday but no follow up questions regarding the account or phone number. That person said there are no issues. Then I received a call from the Tech team on Sunday. 4G was working fine again 1/2

    @ThreeUK ******* do something about your signal in East London how come I tried to call an ambulance twice and the call failed twice for the lack of signal wtfff is this im so mad putting people in danger with that ffs
