    @ThreeUK hi guys! After an awful experience with a different company not providing a proper service for disabled customers, my dad and uncle then visited you guys - where there was a staff member who did sign language! Couldn't have made my uncle feel any more welcome xx

    @albiondumsday @EE @ThreeUK I've been with @EE / T-mobile for 18 years. Been tempted to move to more attractive packages, but tend to remain loyal. Have had no problems thus far. Just been off WiFi for the last 3 months. Am burning through 40GB each month.

    @ThreeUKSupport There's nothing to unlock you are the ones who provided and installed branded firmware on the phone with your crappy three apps you are the ones who are supposed to push out updated not them manufacturer can't help me here as you are the ones who are pushing updates out

    @ThreeUKSupport I've rang and the man keeps saying it's me that took it out and I never. They're so unhelpful and say it's gone to Lowell now so they can't help me. And he lied saying the contract was at my address but then couldn't find my address connected to any contract. Can't cope!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes spoken to Xiaomi support and they stated three installed their own version of the MIUI ROM, so only three can provide updates. So please ask when updates will be released as I don’t want to expose my personal data because a security patch wasn’t installed. #securitymatters
