    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    @Peterjlongstaff @David_Peel @ThreeUKSupport There's a kind of loophole but you'll have a bit of a wait, unfortunately - give 30 days notice, end your contract. Wait 90 days and get your partner to open the new account, they will get the new customer deal. Means being without service, unless you get on well with next door?
