    @ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).

    A question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.

    "I know you don't want insurance, so we'll give you 30 days free and it'll auto-cancel before renewal". I should have known that was going to go wrong. After two separate calls to @ThreeUK I think I am now getting a refund. Hopefully an accident rather than shady practice. 😕

    @virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

    @donmcallister @ThreeUK Switched from @ThreeUK a year ago, couldn’t justify the higher costs with the poor coverage. Not had good experiences with Vodaphone but EEs coverage and speeds are great.

    Just had an online chat with @ThreeUKSupport then my case was escalated to the Customer Relations Team and I was in a queue of 80, which is fine but then I got cut off which was not fine. I’m fully aware everyone is struggling in this current crisis but this is poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, no problem, I understand! The first £10 had to be added when I bought the phone online (phone was £139.99, then had to add £10 minimum to complete transaction). That didn't work, so had to add another £10 to activate it, which has gone out of my account.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s the router I bought from you, Huawei B535 4G router. I’ve had a web chat, I’ve had tech support, and I’ve even had credit on my account for the inconvenience. Yet, it’s still so poor! I’m considering spending £100 on a new router & putting the SIM Card in! 😠
