-
Kingdom Zebedee ☭ (@kingdomzebedee) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9. Sorry to be rude, but you’re *************** now
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I was told it was with 'the appropriate team' who would be reminded there was still an issue.
-
Stoneface Vimes 🇨🇰 3.5%er #RejoinEU #FBPE (@capnthommo) reported from Weedon Beck, England@ThreeUKSupport I'll try the homefi hub. That's where the problem is/was. This has been an intermittent issue over the last 6 days. Worst today.

-
Victoria (@VictoriaJersova) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!
-
David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..
-
Michael Dono (@mediocrebahn) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I previously raised the issue with the social media team (hopefully A00017372409-00051745208 helps!). I submitted the PAC code when getting the contract, a colleague said they were getting an error porting it but I never heard back from them.
-
χΔΝĿΔΜ (@xanlam) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Sadly no one called to resolve the issues despite assurances we would be called back yesterday. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.
-
David Martin 💙 (@rdgmartin) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandNot sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport So I thought I might get somewhere today but no help. Sadly @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are closed now. Trying again tomorrow.
-
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
-
#Bs👨🏾💻 (@quincy11k) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK This shit is pissing me off uno I just wanna use my phone, I better get unlimited data for a whole month since u lot are wasting my whole day..
-
Tommaths (@TeaKayB) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUK Generally pleased with Three and it's usually the cheapest for my needs. Thankfully things don't go wrong very often because when they do customer support is wall-to-wall awful.
-
Gillian Butterworth (@bltbuttie) reported from Rushden, England@ThreeUKSupport we have been having connection issues with both our mobile Broadband and 4 g on phones so no WiFi and I’ve used most of my data on the 4 mobile phones we have in the house! -
Kingdom Zebedee ☭ (@kingdomzebedee) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUK I didn’t get a confirmation email for the contract I signed up to today, and can’t access an account on the app using my number. I have the reference number, can you help
-
Jess Adams (@JessLeighA) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandReally disappointed with @ThreeUKSupport WUNTU app. Never ever get free or discounted costas or greggs anymore. Don’t use any of the good things as don’t have any near my town 😭
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.

CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
