    @jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

    @ThreeUKSupport No and customer services colleague was sure that I had to pay these for cancelling my contract early. It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

    @ThreeUKSupport As per my conversation with Three today I have little faith that this is going to be handled properly. They said they would get back to me in few days after they had spoken so someone. I’m sorry Three but it’s been a nightmare service since the start and I would not recommend it.

    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    I recently left @ThreeUK 's broadband "service" and they've sent me a "leaver's survey". The survey won't load. This couldn't be a more appropriate situation, given my experiences with them to date.

    @ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've got through to the phone line as we are still having problems. Expecting a callback today. We've done several full restarts but the hub is not working. Phone signal is great even 4g Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'll try the homefi hub. That's where the problem is/was. This has been an intermittent issue over the last 6 days. Worst today.

    @ThreeUKSupport How do I leave your god awful service, I've been having broadband issues since I got the thing,I can't contact you because I can't log into the 3 app because you need wifi, then its giving me random errors "email response error". I'm done with you guys now.

    @ThreeUKSupport thank you for actually sorting out the refund issue. I am still not happy with the way the customer service team handled this and I still empathise retraining is needed across the board. Also customer services need more power to help as to avoid similar issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport My 4G service across London From HEATHROW to my home, including home, Clapham SW12 is dreadful. Speed test 0.5-1.5MB download if at all. I am now using 3G which is quicker!!! A new customer ex Vodafone is shocked how bad THREE is in London. It’s my friends too!

    @ThreeUKSupport paid for 1gb on top of my unlimited plan last night to see if it fixed my 0. Speeds. It didn’t. Spoke to customer support team who said there has been an unreported issue on the mast since 21st jan? What’s the ETA on this? I need internet for work ASAP.
