@brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

@ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it's been that bad for years, I've always been with 3. I'm not sure of the postcode, maybe SE12 0DZ (train station postcode). I'm using Samsung S21 with 5g. Obvious 5g isn't in this particular area but 0.55 is shocking
