@ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

Never get a @ThreeUK SIM card if you’re working on a cruise ship. The amount of issues I’ve had is ridiculous and their customer support helpline is useless.
