    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

    @PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

    @ThreeUK can you tell me why the coverage is so bad in DY6 ? Dips in and out or doesn't connect at all. Been like it over almost a month now. Exact postcodes DY6 8XS and DY6 8XF

    ๐Ÿ˜ก someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they canโ€™t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you, Kim. Itโ€™s B13 9LJ but Iโ€™ve been around South Birmingham and not had any signal. Because of the message on your website I didnโ€™t think it would be my phone, but itโ€™s an iPhone SE. Still no service now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already logged a complaint but with no luck. Complaint ref no: 31181516. Been offered some money back as goodwill after spending long time on chat and phone calls. Donโ€™t want to waste more time going through complaints process again.

    @ThreeUK Hi why dont you guys prioritise 5G broadband users to get access to 5G SA where 5G SA is available we don't get still get 5G SA and 6G is on the way by 2030 6G will start slowly. I'm not happy about Three 5G Broadband slow

    @ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they wonโ€™t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I donโ€™t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Wonโ€™t work in my EE phone! ๐Ÿ˜ž

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.
