@ThreeUKSupport I made no upgrades or changes prior to the charges. The app indicates “out of allowance charges”, and that should never have happened with my cap in place! All I did was attend a Zoom meeting using my home WiFi and internet audio so not sure what is happening here.

The worst service I think I’ve ever had with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are you able to help before I contact Ombudsman Services. Nobody seems bothered about my complaint at all 😡😡
