    @ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

    @vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

    @ThreeUK Recently upgraded my phone, days later have information about my insurance through post - never asked for it, it wasn’t mentioned and I don’t want it. Phone number to cancel not working, can’t speak to anyone about it, not happy.

    Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

    @vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

    I'm not one for complaining on Twitter, but I’m letting it be known that @ThreeUK customer services is awful. As a long standing customer and given the current pandemic the service has been appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes we tried verbally 1st time and was told we needed to cancel contract even though it was already done. Then emailed. Then again on the phone today so 3 times in total. Been told no notes have been kept on this so starting a fresh every time. So frustrating Do you have an email

    @StryderScreams Oh I know @ThreeUK's diagnostics alright, they always have the same story to say and it never changes. I have them as a backup but one of those days i will get really angry and launch some lawyer sharks at them because this is both false advertising and straight out lying.

    @notameadow @ThreeUK London at all + Three = No I was with them for 6 years, moved to Kingston, could rarely get a signal, moved to Virgin Mobile (EE) and it’s been great

    @ThreeUKSupport I closed an account due to services not working, I was told the account was closed. Which, it had not been, then told I would get my money back and after 10 hours of phone calls. Got advised I would be compensated for lost time not as a Gesture of good will. Again misinformed

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s taken 45 minutes and I was then cut off the chat speaking to someone from billing. I’ve been with Three for years and I’m so disappointed by the level of service. Honestly just going in circles of being thanked and asking the issue when all I wanted was the PAC.

    @ThreeUKSupport The warning came thru on the 25th and the services were shut off on the 12th. During that time I was out of service due to a backpacking trip.
