@ThreeUK Recently upgraded my phone, days later have information about my insurance through post - never asked for it, it wasn’t mentioned and I don’t want it. Phone number to cancel not working, can’t speak to anyone about it, not happy.

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

I would encourage you to listen to my call to customer service @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. I've stayed as calm as I could throughout but you can hear me be as patient as I can be over a 38 minute wait while a member of your team ignores a live call. A complaint is being logged
