@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

@ThreeUK how many more times am I going to have a loss of connection just because of a mast backload?? I DONT CARE about your excuses. The fact that I don’t have network at all neither on my modem and my phone is pissing me off to actually open a law suit. Ugh fix it ASAP.

@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

@ThreeUKSupport you should allow your loyal customer to buy the passport with the wifi, and not spending money on the roaming. On top if the connection is bad there is no chance to buy it.

@ThreeUKSupport Can you explain why your network is so bad. We have a contract with your network. We have a Huawei router and an external antenna. When we moor up and check the connection speeds it says 15meg or more. Then every 15 minutes or so the connection goes.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried to call and speak to them, and nothing, got passed to two sperate departments and neither would or could help. I really wanted to move away from Vodafone but looks like i have to stay with them, for the sake of the underwriting team switching an acceptance, sould be simple.
