    @ThreeUKSupport peu gérer honest maybe you should admit to all your customer that you cannot provide is internet service so we can cancel ou he contract and move on ! Let start 2020 in honestly ! Lol it been 4months your network is shit 🙈😩😓

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

    Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

    😡 someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they can’t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport I posted this 21hrs ago. I went to my local shopping centre yesterday and spoke to the very helpful staff in the store. Shouldn't have to though. Isn't that what a Customer Service number is for?
