    @PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

    Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

    @ThreeUKSupport We get told time after time to wait 48 hours and go through the loop again. Surely upgrading should be simple 1 click action. I just want to understand why the system is not even giving store staff access. Surely if I’m a loyal paying customer I should get a reason

    @ThreeUKSupport why the holy heck have you made it so when you’re in logging into the three app, and you get text the code to enter - If you leave the app it takes you back to the login. So you can’t enter the code. Just keeps texting a new one. Stupid design.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an issue with mobile 5g broadband. The router keep switching between two masts I have nearby every few seconds causing connections to be unstable. Checker shows no network issues.
