@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

@brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

I asked to cancel the contract without that penalty and they said the system does not allow and there was no manager to ask for help! Srly
