    Youngest son on the @EE network got the ๐Ÿšจ myself, husband & other sons on @ThreeUK didnโ€™t get an alert -seriously worried if youngest is responsible for emergencies in our household, he canโ€™t even be bothered to come out of his room if the smoke alarm goes off #EmergencyAlerts

    @ThreeUK The **** network ever its been almost 2 years now i had a fraud activity i report it to three and they said they will sort it out. Instead of doing that they defaulted me that impacts my credit scores. i went to their store and only thing they told me they cant do anything.

    @ThreeUK changing the Caffรจ Nero code to ยฃ2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you

    @ThreeUK is anyone else getting increasingly annoyed with the terrible service from this mobile network. The second my phone switches to 5G there is zero coverage, no internet, no calls - NOTHING! Paying an obscene amount each month for absolute shite

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.
