  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport when my contract is about to expire, how much notice do I need to give you to cancel my account?

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • pixiero79 RosieGee (@pixiero79) reported from Solihull, England

@ThreeUK Recently upgraded my phone, days later have information about my insurance through post - never asked for it, it wasn’t mentioned and I don’t want it. Phone number to cancel not working, can’t speak to anyone about it, not happy.

  • eddieclarke96 Eddie Clarke 🐝 (@eddieclarke96) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK Birmingham’s signal strength is rubbish too in large swathes of the City

  • MichaelCFA247 Michael C (@MichaelCFA247) reported from Birmingham, England

Do not buy sim deals from @ThreeUK they promise one price and give you something completely different, even their customer relations team are less then useful 🤡🤡 #Complaint #Ombudsman

  • And_im_wasted Luke (@And_im_wasted) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, I’ve been sent the wrong one. I was then told to visit a Three store, but the Three store couldn’t give me a new SIM. Happy to DM you the details if you’re willing to help?

  • ForbesProducer Forbes Coleman 🇬🇾🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@ForbesProducer) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

  • HollyheadAndy Andy Hollyhead (@HollyheadAndy) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK not much point in having a 5G phone if I can’t get a 5G signal in city centres like Birmingham is there? Really disappointed with the coverage.

  • Adamhayes_85 Adam Hayes (@Adamhayes_85) reported from Wednesfield, England

The phone signal on the 3 network in Wolverhampton is awful. Needs to be sorted out @ThreeUK

  • izzyali51 Izazul (@izzyali51) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK how many more times am I going to have a loss of connection just because of a mast backload?? I DONT CARE about your excuses. The fact that I don’t have network at all neither on my modem and my phone is pissing me off to actually open a law suit. Ugh fix it ASAP.

  • ederzavala Eder Zavala (@ederzavala) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport terrible mobile broadband in B15 and B17 for a couple of weeks now. It didn’t use to be like this. I’m changing provider.

  • MarkHulme_ Mark Hulme.💀 (@MarkHulme_) reported from Willenhall, England

Hey @ThreeUK, can you tell me if there’s any issues in my area as I’ve been getting no signal since yesterday morning? @ThreeUKSupport

  • XBigAli Bigali_x (@XBigAli) reported from Walsall Wood, England

Three Service Down, I Want My Refund Right Now @ThreeUK

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • jonoevans84 Jon Evans (@jonoevans84) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK my wife keeps dropping out but phone service is fine, this seems to be happening on evenings consistently! I am in B14 area of Birmingham. Is there a reason for this!

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • Dereklad Derek (@Dereklad) reported from Solihull, England

@ThreeUK excuse me.why is my internet on my iphone so so bad in the B92 8NW Postcode When im at work??

  • richardhowle Richard Howle (@richardhowle) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK all week I have been having really unstable and patchy service from my 5G router here in Brum. One moment 100Mb the next 0. Is there an issue?

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • rahelab Rahel Bailie (@rahelab) reported

Problem with online journeys is assumptions. Today's faff: using a PAYG SIM for a hotspot. @ThreeUK insists that I need a phone number. Is this such an edge case that it's not covered?

  • iamkateherron Kate Herron (@iamkateherron) reported

SOS to anyone who has problems with @ThreeUK abroad? I’ve gone over my roaming data for the month and trying to get my phone working so I can make calls and receive texts. They’re saying they can’t activate it until I’m back in the UK. Has anyone else dealt with this?

  • UneJamJasmina 🦋 𝓙𝓪𝓼𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓪 🦋 (@UneJamJasmina) reported

  • chrissheath Chris Sheath (@chrissheath) reported

@ThreeUK neither the 5G on my broadband or mobile is working. 4G barely working. Please advise. Postcode CM1 your outage checker is saying you don't cover my area!

  • CryptoIronside Crypto Ironside (@CryptoIronside) reported

@Imperfecting_It @ThreeUK I've had the same mobile number for many, many years, so I'm sure it's been leaked out somewhere in the past. The calls were horrible last summer, then subsided during the lockdowns somewhat. They restarted with a vengeance last Monday and have been incessant since then.

  • HuaweiMobileUK Huawei Mobile UK (@HuaweiMobileUK) reported

@CarolLa13282625 @ThreeUK What you can do is insert a SIM card from another network, set up Alexa, then replace the SIM card with the Three SIM, and the Alexa should connect without issue as the Three network has issues with the initial configuration of the Echo Dot 4th Gen, but not its actual use.

  • CameronJs94 CameronJS94 (@CameronJs94) reported

@ThreeUK is it normal to treat your customers like crap! I have been trying to resolve an issue with my yoh since January and you have failed every time - disgusting service - rude staff in the call centres - and no ability to provide human decency!
