I'm not one for complaining on Twitter, but I’m letting it be known that @ThreeUK customer services is awful. As a long standing customer and given the current pandemic the service has been appalling.

@ThreeUK Recently upgraded my phone, days later have information about my insurance through post - never asked for it, it wasn’t mentioned and I don’t want it. Phone number to cancel not working, can’t speak to anyone about it, not happy.

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

@pageythestig @GBNEWS . Buy a sim free unlocked phone and buy a sim in country That's what I used to do before feel at home on @ThreeUK so it will now be cheapest uk service as I will dump 3 and go back to a local sim .

@ThreeUKSupport So you can’t actually tell me if you offer this service anymore? If not, why not? I literally only switched to Three from Vodafone because you still had free roaming and tube Wi-fi.

@ThreeUKSupport Sure, that's all understandable, but I do have to ask why this also impacts upon roaming in places where you do control the underlying cost because there's a local Three/Hutchison network e.g. Austria, Denmark and Hong Kong?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m receiving mail for a person that has never lived a my property. Stating new and upgraded services that are now associated to my address. I’m not a 3 customer. This is clearly fraud. How do I get this rectified and how has 3 allowed this to happen?
