    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you, Kim. Itโ€™s B13 9LJ but Iโ€™ve been around South Birmingham and not had any signal. Because of the message on your website I didnโ€™t think it would be my phone, but itโ€™s an iPhone SE. Still no service now.

    @ThreeUK 4g is atrocious Been with them for just over a week and Iโ€™m ready to throw my phone across the room No way Iโ€™m doing 12 months with this How do I cancel?

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi the signal in my house has never been brilliant but itโ€™s awful atm. I can only make calls in one spot upstairs. B17 area. Any idea why this is please? Thanks

    @ThreeUK is by far the worst phone company I have ever been with. You tell them point blank you canโ€™t pay when you lose your job because of a pandemic and they still pile on the charges ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

    Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm using a Pay as you go sim card. My top up is still on, I can make calls but I cannot use 4G. I went to a three store and they changed my sim card, but it's still not working. It's been 5 days since I'm facing this issue. Please can you help?

    I'm not one for complaining on Twitter, but Iโ€™m letting it be known that @ThreeUK customer services is awful. As a long standing customer and given the current pandemic the service has been appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport @JYari90 Itโ€™s data,thatโ€™s problem,not making phone calls York station Most of time is a no go area-I currently run 3 different contracts with three I personally have been with you for about 12 years but itโ€™s gonna have to come to an end thereโ€™s just too much bad reception to use the data

    @ThreeUK I have 6 sims for myself and my family members, itโ€™s all rubbish, no or minimum signals in most of the areas and internet is dead slow. 5G is just the name but actually it is worst than 3G๐Ÿ˜ก. Please donโ€™t delete my tweet
