    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    Beside all the stress with corana virus @ThreeUKSupport complain support name Anu ID65278 was extremely rude and it actually piss me off . I want to cancel both contract please . You are causing me stress and anxiety and it a shame after 4 years with @ThreeUK

    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4G is presently 0.9mbps, I have an iPhone 11 which is approximately 3 weeks old so unlikely to be the phone especially as this problem has persisted for the few years I’ve been with three on all my phones which have been iPhones , galaxy note 9, galaxy note 10, huawei P20 Pro

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes restarted my phone in the hope it’ll speed things up but it never does, when I travel from one place to another I turn my phone off & on, also 3G is presently 0.02 mbps it’s not even fast/stable enough to open the three app. It’ll be like this till October then it’ll work ok

    @ThreeUK Hi, my iPhone (11) is telling me that I get 4G at home (HX2) but the actual service I get is absolutely appalling. It’s the same in the town centre, HX1. I was a 3 customer a couple of years ago and don’t remember it being this bad. Could you advise please?

    @ThreeUKSupport how come all of a sudden my data in my home doesn’t work?! Have 3/4 bars and 4g yet a speed test shows I’m getting 0.05mbps which is basically nothing at all? Never had this issue before but randomly started happening this week.

    @ThreeUKSupport .@mcmarsh No an annual rpi increase of 2.7% Would have only increased my bill To £15.78/9 depending on how three round up or down Forcing a customer to opt out of a new contract doesn't sound legal to me.

    @ThreeUKSupport I chatted, what 3 times with you're colleagues, none of them would give me an answer as to why it would be rejected (the full amount) . I only ask you what reason (s) this would happen to a customer! Obviously it's a question you wish to avoid answering.
