Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

Was miles in the sticks in Sweden. Nightmare. Have been with 3 for years. Looks like O2 is the least bad for anyone going abroad.
