    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was on live chat for over 45 minutes before tweeting with no sign of resolution. It was the last person on there who told me I’d have to wait until I come back to the UK. That won’t be until Christmas at the earliest, so if that’s the case then you’re losing me as a customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport I travel frequently for both work and leisure & have done so for years, often moving frequently between countries. In 8 years with this number travelling on 4 continents, I’ve never had this problem before. I’m really unimpressed to say the least.
