    Would like to say a huge thankyou to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for their fabulous customer service & advice... HOWEVER... Since I've not received a single reply to any of my tweets from them I cant. (Not the 1st time in my many years with them I've had "help" issues tbh)

    @PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    😡 someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they can’t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

    Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it always such a pain to get an old number transferred to you? Every time I renew my contract or take out a new one, it's never straight forward to keep my number. It's getting very tiresome.
