    @ThreeUK how many more times am I going to have a loss of connection just because of a mast backload?? I DONT CARE about your excuses. The fact that I don’t have network at all neither on my modem and my phone is pissing me off to actually open a law suit. Ugh fix it ASAP.

    @vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

    @vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

    Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could not meet my legal right for a refund!

    Bought a @threeUK pre-paid sim card at @whsmith at @HeathrowAirport T2. Paid £35 to get it activated for unlimited 5G data, only to find out that she never activated it. Nice people at 3 could not find any record of payment for the sim card. Nice!

    @AmiKabba @ThreeUK I used their chat function, refused to pay another month because they didn't cancel on their end and they waived the 30 day cancellation notice... they make it incredibly hard to cancel your contract so you end up paying more what a joke!! Did you get it sorted?

    @goal @ThreeUK network service provider is awful. @ChelseaFC should drop them as a sponsor and use someone else. Avoid that network. Just absolutely awful.
