Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

It appears @ThreeUKSupport have been selling phones they don’t have in stock. Must be the shortest customer duration ever, signed up Tuesday, contract cancelled Thursday. Unbelievable and the worst service, lies being told about DPD failing to deliver when it’s actually no stock!

@ThreeUKSupport I have cancelled the upgrade and was able to get help in store. It was an iPhone 12 256 with AirPods. I have managed to sort another upgrade with the in store team. I am very disappointed with the online and telephone advisors, and have lost 2 days work waiting for deliveries.
