    @vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

    @vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

    Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

    @ThreeUK How can you resolve being charged £68 by 3 to call your customer service on a 3 sim to try and fix a 3 wifi issue, the call took that long that it used up all our 3 free minutes and no one warned that it would incur additional cost to us the customer🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport I know but they can't seem to help either. Everytime I go through they say some info is missing. 7 times I've been through. I dont know what else you want from me.. the last agent actually made a comment about me being an ex customer. I'll assume that's why I am not getting it.

    @ThreeUK The approval on the system, all your calls are recorded and logged, all it would take us somone to actually care for a cystomer and do some checking on the previous recordings. Poor servuce from 3uk

    @ThreeUK how is it deemed ok by your company to charge £66 per month for nearly 12 months AFTER a fixed contract has ended? When SIM only is £12 per month... that’s basically £500 extra you’ve taken. How is that good customer service?
