    @ThreeUK @Threedown today has been like morse code having a phone that is intermittent and not being able to keep in touch for up to date.😪😪I think a goodie bag would help me forget the inconvenience

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

    @ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that I’m counting. I don’t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Had to sort out confusion over my bill and had a lovely lady sort this out for me without hassle and even added in something's I didn't even ask for as in reconnecting me as I've been valued customer for over 10 years such a cracking call

    @ThreeUKSupport please explain to me why your network was down for hours from last night to this morning . Couldn’t get either a taxi due to no network and couldn’t transfer cash . Couldn’t also buy train ticket or send email . Until now no message to your customers to apologise

    @ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t get any. 3 Customer service confirmed that the phone is out for delivery today and I should receive it before 6pm. DPD confirmed they have nothing on their system for me today. I didn’r receive any tracking number either. What is going on please? I need my phone!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Almost three months trying to upgrade with Three. Still no phone. Long time loyal customer. Customer service representatives lied time and time again. Can not understand how Three allows this to happen. Surely customers can expect more? Will be looking elsewhere.

    @ThreeUK I tested my connectivity in other areas outside of mine and it works perfectly ok. That rules out my mobile device is totally fine and your service in my area is beyond rubbish. #fail I have another Three SIM only line thats had zero LTE/4G connectivity To-date. #fail
