Hey @threeuk we left UK about a month ago and trying to leave Three as well (no need for a UK number in New Zealand). I’ve just been charged for the upcoming month via Direct Debit. I was hoping there is a way to just close my account. STAC and PAC stuff is confusing. Any help?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m abroad. My SIM card seemed to have stopped working, iPhone says “No SIM”. I can log in into the app because I would have to receive a SMS to confirm my number. Also, it seems that this “No SIM” issue happens every year or so, why?!
