    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasnโ€™t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUK guys, I turned off my router the other day to go on holiday and since Iโ€™ve turned it back on the service has been so hit and miss. Any ideas??

    @EE wow, spoke to a representative today to see if they want to keep me as a customer but was offered no better deal or any attemp to keep me. May jus go back to @ThreeUK

    @vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

    Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. Itโ€™s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think theyโ€™re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

    @vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

    @carlittot @ThreeUKSupport having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didnโ€™t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Pyratespy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I had to restart the router every hour for the past 4 hours. I addressed the internet connection issue that's happening for the past 1.5 months that the internet doesn't work properly. I need to cancel the plan.

    @ThreeUK am I able to speak to someone in the UK? My mobile internet still doesnโ€™t work fully when Iโ€™m not on WiFi . This has gone on months and Iโ€™m continually fobbed off. Probably the worst service from a Network iโ€™ve ever received

    @O2 None work , also my 4G never works only wi fi at home . I have one more device payment then Iโ€™m switching to @ThreeUK this issue despite asking for help has never been corrected .
