@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

@ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that I’m counting. I don’t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

So on that @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUKSupport cell locally mostly failures to speedtest/load, with occasional bursts even to 10 Mbps down yet 0.1 Mbps up consistent with 2CA. Am on Band 20 up/primary Band 32 SDL d/load. Clearly B20 overloaded/broken at local cell. #fail

@ThreeUK This was after I was told earlier it would take two hours. Then when that didn’t happen 30 minutes - now 2 days - appalling customer service. This is due to my order being “stuck” in your system. So your error but I’m the one that has to wait???

Awful customer service from @ThreeUK. Failed 3 times to deliver a functioning SIM. Offered to deliver a 4th - but as I’ve moved house I must update my billing address. But they don’t allow me to do this for 30 days! Contract began on 25 Nov, still no functioning SIM 🤬
