@ThreeUK after cancelling an upgrade last month because the phone was never received, I have now been told by your customer service team they can't convert the SIM to PAYG because I haven't returned the phone!! Please do tell me how I return a phone that was never delivered???!!

@ThreeUK @educationgovuk So @Three I had been with for a few years but when I wanted to cancel my contract I found that I couldn't get through and was repeatedly cut off. So I canceled my direct debit and so instead of trying to resolve their issue I'm now with a debt collection agency. Use someone else!

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK still having broadband problems. The technical problems of earlier are NOT resolved. What are you doing to fix this? Cached sites locally ok, anything needing a DNS lookup via you a failing. Can only use some sites by going via VPN and avoiding THree
