I just complained about no service and they disappeared for ages then came back and said they'd charge me Β£300 and cancel the contract for me!! I kept saying no, but they ignored me! Thankfully, they noticed me mention my solicitor!!

John Earl (@ToothlessEarl) reported@ThreeUKSupport @aaronsidwell We are having the same issue with Netflix on our Three 4g home broadband uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The app also works when disconnected from the WiFi and used on our mobiles 4G (which is provided by a separate network)

Have tried BT, O2 (was BT!!), Vodafone, TalkMobile (Vodafone connected), EE, Lebara, Three. And it does not help not having a mobile signal at home and having to rely upon WiFi calling (which is flaky)
