  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Phone delivered to wrong location Incorrect bills Automated phone service ALWAYS redirects to wrong dept Adhoc nature of emailing bills Letters referred to as sent, but they aren’t An apparent lack of wanting to disclose complaints process

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport @JohnButlerEFC It’s pointless checking yet postcode, the website says it’s all okay, but reality is that the signal is poor or non existent

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport No point, I’m a business customer. They can’t help. The advice is to CALL business support, difficult with no signal....

@ThreeUKSupport how come bith 4G and 5G signal in Belfast is so poor. Please don't say there's maintenance work going on, it's been like that since August

  • hjd1984 Hayley Davies (@hjd1984) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel the new contract. It should never have been completed when the number provided was clearly with Three

  • CaveyGeo Alex (@CaveyGeo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 1/2 Hi Charley, Thanks for confirming this. Unfortunately, I had no access to phone service at my address so never saw the text message about this (hence why I'm just becoming aware now).

  • CaveyGeo Alex (@CaveyGeo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, I tried to cancel online in November but apparently had instead requested a PAC code after calling your customer service line. I haven't used the sim since October 2019. Would be grateful If someone could backdates my cancellation to when i originally requested.

  • alamantosser Al (@alamantosser) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The customer service ive had from three is shocking, for two months ive tried to get an early termination fee removed off my mums account, my mums ill and twice a week i have to keep mithering her to give my authorisation to speak.

  • CaveyGeo Alex (@CaveyGeo) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Is anyone able to help me with opening a complaint? I was under the impression I had cancelled my rolling monthly contract back In November as i do not have signal at my home address and issued this online to now find it has not been cancelled.

  • RoganMcGarry Rogan McGarry (@RoganMcGarry) reported

@ThreeUKSupport All five lights are on on the pro3, suggesting I have a perfect signal, however this is unusual and it looks to me like a fault as the Wi-Fi indicator has stopped blinking

  • dickiematthews5 Richard Matthews (@dickiematthews5) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is it impossible to get any sort of signal in TN316HB on your service when I can with EE ? You supply an appalling service.

  • Suresh63938137 Suresh (@Suresh63938137) reported

@ThreeUK You guys provide the worst customer service. I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to upgrade my phone. After spending three hours you are sending the phone to the wrong address. You just lost one customer and many more to come.

  • dickiematthews5 Richard Matthews (@dickiematthews5) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hmmm - if I had 5p for every time I heard that excuse I could buy my own mast . How come when I ask your support staff they don’t mention it ?
