    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

    @ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that I’m counting. I don’t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

    @ThreeUK I’m nearly overdraft this Christmas because of their mistake! Cancelled an upgrade in November and it was confirmed that this will be done and that I will not be billed further. Come Mid December I am billed hundreds of pounds for an upgrade that never happened!

    @ThreeUKSupport Is your call centre closed? It says it is open 8am to 9pm Monday - Friday. We have not had any internet since yesterday lunchtime but can't get any support.

    What a bullshit service by @ThreeUK.Executives are laughing on call when the issue is described.I was transfred on call 8 times to various departments and everyone was like Im not from this dept for a PAC req.Such a classless and sub standard brand is Three.Highly not recommended
