@ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that I’m counting. I don’t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

@ThreeUKSupport @JohnButlerEFC It’s pointless checking yet postcode, the website says it’s all okay, but reality is that the signal is poor or non existent

I can’t call you because @ThreeUKSupport are providing a crap service and have been for 3 weeks because of a bit of rain! Time to have a chat with @virginmedia @O2 @VodafoneUK I think, neither #Sky not #Three value customers. @Three_Is_Broken

@ThreeUKSupport No point, I’m a business customer. They can’t help. The advice is to CALL business support, difficult with no signal....

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

@ThreeUK live chat is rubbish, and customer service terrible.

@ThreeUKSupport Phone delivered to wrong location Incorrect bills Automated phone service ALWAYS redirects to wrong dept Adhoc nature of emailing bills Letters referred to as sent, but they aren’t An apparent lack of wanting to disclose complaints process

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

@ThreeUKSupport What's the point? I just want to end service and leave. I am out of contract. Your 'systems' won't let me which seems to breach my consumer rights

@LidlGB your app is so useless, it never loads as my @ThreeUKSupport signal is so rubbish inside your store and your app is so data hungry.

@ThreeUK I've been unable to use my 3 sim for months now. No network connection, I can't call or receive calls. Customer service haven't been any help. I had to get a new sim with another network just to stay connected. I'm on a 2 yrs sim only contract, stuck paying £20 monthly😭

******* hell @ThreeUK are the worst. Refusing to provide a PAC so I can leave with number - claim I have to give them more personal info before they will. Sounds even more crooked than their usual practices.

@ThreeUKSupport Work seems to have been completed and I now have a signal as of 28/6. Now for you to come good on compensating me for lack of service

@ThreeUK The worst providers ever. If you ever purchase data, don’t expect to use it because 9/10 times it can’t connect to the internet.

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing has helped. The call centre idiots don't help. You have accepted a fraudulent order on my account more easily than you will accept a termination request. So you enable fraudsters and breach legitimate customer rights? That's a good look
