  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport @JohnButlerEFC It’s pointless checking yet postcode, the website says it’s all okay, but reality is that the signal is poor or non existent

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Phone delivered to wrong location Incorrect bills Automated phone service ALWAYS redirects to wrong dept Adhoc nature of emailing bills Letters referred to as sent, but they aren’t An apparent lack of wanting to disclose complaints process

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport No point, I’m a business customer. They can’t help. The advice is to CALL business support, difficult with no signal....

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ksimms871 kelly 🦝 (@ksimms871) reported

@cariadiscarys @ThreeUK Hopefully they can do another test to show they’ve worked out these issues

  • LesanLesan1 LeSan Riedmann (@LesanLesan1) reported

@_hsquared @ThreeUK I'm in the states, what happened over there, how did it fail?

  • HardTruth6 Hard Truth (@HardTruth6) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @legendkiller2k8 Network was down. Very concerning if the government alert interfered with people’s ability to make and receive calls.

  • BellaSmart8 Shiyao (@BellaSmart8) reported

I guess @ThreeUK decided against sending me the emergency alert bc I’m a strong independent woman who can survive any natural disasters 🥲

  • _grace_was_here Grace (@_grace_was_here) reported

@cabinetofficeuk It seems like no one on @ThreeUK received an Emergency Alert

  • LeeClutterbuck Lee / DJ (@LeeClutterbuck) reported

With today's clear failure to distribute a simple test alert to @ThreeUK customers, just underlines how bad this network has become overall, and all they've done in recent years is ride the wave of "low roaming charges" and a SUPPOSED "95% coverage" of the UK.

  • SzalkowskiJakub Jacob (@SzalkowskiJakub) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @GOVUK Whole family with 3three. Iphone 14pro Iphone 12 mini iPhone XR Xiaomi 12t pro None got the emergency alerts go off. East England area. What will you do about this? How will we be aware of real life emergency?

  • _hsquared hollie (@_hsquared) reported

So the success of our emergency alert system is to do with how competent the mobile network is. Turns out, @ThreeUK did not pass the test! #emergencyalert

  • Jon_A_Hart Jonathan Hart (@Jon_A_Hart) reported

@jk_graves @ThreeUK Is this a Three thing? My wife’s alert never went off (on 3 network) but I’m on o2 and it did go off

  • LeeClutterbuck Lee / DJ (@LeeClutterbuck) reported

Fair enough, this was a test for that reason. But it's done more to highlight how badly @ThreeUK performs as a network nowadays. I got the alert on my BT phone, even my old Samsung with no sim inserted.
