@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

@ThreeUK been on live chat and now phone to sort out why my phone hasnt come and to be told the deal i originally accepted isnt on the system any more due to an issue outof my control and i had no email saying there was any issue now im expected to pay more and get less ??
