@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

@ThreeUKSupport The reception around Se9 Plaistow Lane is shocking! Cannot make calls . I suffer everything. Until I lost my phone. It rang and rang but cannot ping it as the reception was so bad it couldn't pick the location.

@SamsungHelpUK when do you accept that an S20 phone under warranty needs to be replaced because it doesn't charge? Repair warranty not fit for purpose! @ThreeUKSupport you need to refund me for this. Phone intermittently not charging. No resolution. No idea what is going on.
