@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

Hey @ThreeUKSupport - got a 4G Mifi a few weeks back - the speeds were awful due to issues in my area and I was told I could return it and a bag was sent out. I posted it back and it was received 1 March at your address in Norwich but I've heard nothing - can you help please?

2 days since I complained to @ThreeUKSupport about my absolutely crap signal and all they've done is tell me to use an online chat which is pointless with poor signal. Since then they've just ignored me. Great way to treat customers 😡
