@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. My iPhone 12 is full signal on both 4G and 5G but zero data speed. It has been like it for month and even the station staff joke about it being useless there. But it’s an area with flats and commuters so it shouldn’t be a black spot. It’s a pain buying rail tickets

@adicarter @ThreeUKSupport They are a nightmare and nothing will change as had over a year of bad coverage here and looking to buy out soon as was tied into a 24 month contract so if you've just joined you have 14 days to change your mind, use it wisely.
