@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

@ThreeUKSupport I shouldn't have to threaten to raise a complaint to cancel my contract. I made it clear why I was leaving & didn't want any further expense yet your agent caused unnecessary delay & anxiety trying to sell me more products. We're in a cost of living crisis!
