I'm gonna switch from @ThreeUK to @e_emobile. You know why. @ThreeUK mobile app and online account is not working properly. Bad user experience. Three is big but they need to do big things to keep customers as well.

@ThreeUK really are the worst! How long and how many times do I need to chase my refund which I was promised in ‘3 working days’ it’s painful and has been since day 1 which is why I left and you are still being rubbish!

@ThreeUK I'm currently paying £21 for unlimited data + calls. I was told that I'd be able to use my data for gaming, in truth I can't even browse a lot of the time. It's like dial up internet. So frustrating, I really want to cancel my contract. I'm being ripped off.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, well having spent over half an hour taking to call centre staff that issue was never suggested. Also there was no problem in the first month or 2. Do Sims deteriorate? Am I entitled to compensation? If not resolved when can I get out of this contract?

@ThreeUKSupport The PDF was a whopping 47kb. Your colleague told me the problem was that it was a pdf and that they only show two hours after the email arrives. The email told me to call contact customer services to resolve the matter. Customer services told me to email again
